Abstract
【解決手段】熱回収装置100は、熱交換ユニット4と主予熱室12と副予熱室13とを備える。主予熱室12には高温チャンバ2が設けられる。副予熱室13には低温チャンバ3が設けられる。熱交換ユニット4は、高温チャンバ2から熱を回収し、低温チャンバ3に回収した熱を放熱する。副予熱室13は、低温気体の通気路における低温チャンバ3の前段を構成し、主予熱室12は低温気体の通気路における副予熱室13の前段を構成する。主予熱室12は低温気体に高温チャンバ2からの漏出熱を吸熱させる。

Claims (5)
- 高温気体の通気路の一部に設けた吸熱領域と低温気体の通気路の一部に設けた放熱領域とを有する熱交換器と、
前記低温気体の通気路における前記放熱領域の前段に設けた、前記高温気体の通気路および前記吸熱領域のうち少なくとも一方からの漏出熱を前記低温気体に吸熱させる予熱室と、を備える熱回収装置。 - 有機物の蒸散気体により汚染された高温気体の通気路における前記吸熱領域の前段に設けた、前記高温気体に含まれる有機物成分を分解する浄化部を備え、
前記予熱室は、前記浄化部からの漏出熱を前記低温気体に吸熱させる請求項1に記載の熱回収装置。 - 前記予熱室は、前記吸熱領域および前記浄化部を内装する主予熱室と、前記低温気体の通気路における前記主予熱室の後段で前記放熱領域の前段に設けた副予熱室と、を備える請求項2に記載の熱回収装置。
- 前記副予熱室は、前記放熱領域を内装し、
前記高温気体の通気路の吸気口と前記低温気体の通気路の排気口とが同方向に向く請求項3に記載の熱回収装置。 - 前記高温気体の通気路における前記吸熱領域の後段で前記高温気体の通気路の排気口の前段に設けた、前記高温気体の流体圧を調整するブロワ部を備える請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱回収装置。
