Abstract
【解決手段】この動力伝達装置用ハブ77のアウターリング83は、リア側の突出部83bと、この突出部83bから径方向内方に向かって形成された補強部83cとを有し、円筒部81から突出部83bに沿って凹凸ゴム部85が設けられ、補強部83cは、その最内径部が、円筒部81のリア側端面のうち前記凹凸ゴム部85が接続している部分から3mm以上離間しているように配設され、補強部83cのリア方向端面から前記凹凸ゴム部85が接続している部分までの距離をaとし、補強部83cのリア方向端面から補強部83cのフロント側の最内径部までの距離をbとし、その関係はbはaの1/2未満であるように設置されている。

Claims (4)
- 剛体からなるインナーハブ(79)と、
前記インナーハブ(79)の外周側に形成された弾性体からなる円筒部(81)と、
この円筒部(81)の外周側に筒状に形成されたアウターリング本体(83a)と、このアウターリング本体(83a)の周方向に離間した位置から軸方向リア側に向かって突出して形成された複数の突出部(83b)と、これら突出部の周方向端部から径方向内方に向かって舌状に突出して形成された補強部(83c)と、を有するアウターリング(83)と、
前記円筒部(81)から前記突出部(83b)に沿って形成されプーリ側の係合部と係合する弾性体からなるハブ側係合部(85)と、
を備えた動力伝達装置用ハブにおいて、
前記円筒部(81)のリア側端面のうち前記ハブ側係合部(85)が接続している部分から前記補強部(83c)のリア方向端面までの距離をa、前記補強部(83c)のリア方向端面から補強部(83c)のフロント側の最内径部までの距離をbとし、前記bは前記aの1/2未満であることを特徴とする動力伝達装置用ハブ。 - 前記円筒部(81)のリア側端面のうち前記ハブ側係合部(85)が接続している部分から前記補強部(83c)の最内径部までの距離が3mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置用ハブ。
- 前記補強部(83c)は、前記突出部(83b)の周方向両端に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置用ハブ。
- 前記補強部(83c)のフロント側端縁は、フロント側からリア側に向かうにしたがい径方向内方に向かうように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の動力伝達装置用ハブ。
