Abstract
【解決手段】頂部開口部5を有し、該開口部5と一直線に並んで容器1内に延在しており、抽出筒中に導入可能な液体抜き取り要素による液体の抜き取りを行うための管状抽出筒を有し、前記抽出筒が容器土台部9に隣接する底部端領域に液体浸透性ゾーン18を有している液体容器1を提案する。前記液体浸透性ゾーン18の液体浸透性に関して、前記抽出筒を、前記容器中に入ったままで、最小液体浸透性の所定の限度セッティングとより大きい液体浸透性の所定のセッティングとの間で調節可能である。

Description
−自動充填ステーションに前記液体容器を提供する段階;
−後の導入段階用に、前記液体容器中の前記抽出筒が、前記液体浸透性ゾーンの液体浸透性のレベルを比較的高くするよう位置設定されているようにする段階;
−前記液体浸透性ゾーンの比較的高レベルの液体浸透性の位置にセッティングした前記抽出筒を有する前記液体容器中に前記抽出筒から前記液体を導入する段階;
−前記液体容器を閉じる段階;
−前記容器からの液体の抽出のための準備段階として、前記液体浸透性ゾーンの最小液体浸透性の位置に前記抽出筒をセッティングする段階
を有する方法に関する。
Claims (8)
- 頂部開口部(5)および管状抽出筒(3)を有する液体容器であって、該管状抽出筒(3)が該開口部(5)と一直線に並んで容器(1)内に延在し、かつ抽出筒(3)中に導入可能な液体抜き取り要素による液体の抜き取りを行うためのものであり、前記抽出筒(3)が容器土台部(9)に隣接する底部端領域に液体浸透性ゾーン(18)を有し、前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)の液体浸透性に関して、前記抽出筒(3)が、前記容器中に入ったままで、最小液体浸透性のための所定の限度セッティングとより大きい液体浸透性のための所定のセッティングとの間で調節可能であることを特徴とする前記液体容器。
- 前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)が、前記抽出筒(3)の底部端領域に、要求に応じて前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)の液体浸透性をセッティングするために変更可能な有効開口断面を有する少なくとも一つの開口を有する請求項1に記載の液体容器。
- 前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)の前記有効開口断面を、前記液体−容器土台部(9)に関する、前記抽出筒(3)またはそれの他の部分の回転運動および/または持ち上げ運動によってセッティングすることができ、最小液体浸透性の限度セッティングが所定のラッチング位置および/または所定の停止位置である請求項2に記載の液体容器。
- 前記抽出筒(3、3a)の回転および/または持ち上げセッティング動作を、異なる開口断面に割りあてられた少なくとも2つの所定の停止位置および/またはラッチング位置の間で行うことができる請求項3に記載の液体容器。
- 前記抽出筒(3)が、前記頂部容器開口(5)から下方向に延在する管部分(7)ならびに前記管部分(7)用の管ホルダー(11)を有しており、この管ホルダーは前記容器土台部上に設けられており、前記管部分(7)および前記管ホルダー(11)を、一方を他方の中に埋め込み、互いに調節することで、前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)の前記有効開口断面を変えることが可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液体容器。
- 前記液体浸透性ゾーンが、前記抽出筒(3)の前記底部端領域において前記管部分(7)の横開口(17)および前記管ホルダー(11)の横開口(13)を有し、前記管部分(7)の横開口(17)および前記管ホルダー(11)の横開口(13)を互いに関して並べることにより、前記液体浸透性ゾーン(18)の前記有効開口断面を大きくすることが可能である請求項5に記載の液体容器。
- 前記抽出筒が前記液体容器中で固定され、その場合には、前記液体容器が開いている場合であっても、通常の取り扱い条件下ではその容器から筒を抜き取ることはできない請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の液体容器。
- 自動分析装置で液体を提供するための請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液体容器を製造する方法であって、
−自動充填ステーションに前記液体容器を提供する段階;
−後の導入段階用に、前記液体容器中の前記抽出筒が、前記液体浸透性ゾーンの液体浸透性のレベルを比較的高くするよう位置設定されているようにする段階;
−前記液体浸透性ゾーンの比較的高レベルの液体浸透性の位置にセッティングした前記抽出筒を有する前記液体容器中に前記抽出筒から前記液体を導入する段階;
−前記液体容器を閉じる段階;
−前記容器からの液体の抽出のための準備段階として、前記液体浸透性ゾーンの最小液体浸透性の位置に前記抽出筒をセッティングする段階
を有する前記方法。
