Abstract
【解決手段】 トレッド部1に埋設されたベルト層6の外周側に、有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に巻回してなるベルト補強層7を配置した空気入りタイヤにおいて、ベルト補強層7を構成する有機繊維コードの総打ち込み本数の60%以上をポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードとし、該ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードの下記(1)式にて表される撚り係数Kを600≦K≦1700とし、該ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードのクリープセット歪を2.5%以下とする。

先ず、JASO C607「自動車用タイヤのユニフォミティ試験方法」に準拠して、各試験タイヤのラジアル・フォース・バリエーション(RFV)を測定し、次いで、150km/hの速度で30分間予備走行した後、荷重を負荷した状態でドラムを1時間停止した。その後、再びRFVを測定し、予備走行前後のRFVの差を求め、これを評価指標とした。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほどフラットスポット性能が優れ、即ち、フラットスポットが形成され難いことを意味する。
ドラム試験機を用い、JIS D4230に規定される高速耐久性試験を行った後、更に30分毎に速度を10km/hづつ増加させ、タイヤが破壊されるまでの走行距離を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど高速耐久性が優れていることを意味する。

- トレッド部に埋設されたベルト層の外周側に、有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に巻回してなるベルト補強層を配置した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記ベルト補強層を構成する有機繊維コードの総打ち込み本数の60%以上がポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードであり、該ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードの下記(1)式にて表される撚り係数Kが600≦K≦1700であり、該ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードのクリープセット歪が2.5%以下であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。

D:コードの総繊度(dtex) - 前記ベルト補強層のコートゴムの引張り永久歪が3.0%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードの撚り係数Kが700≦K≦1100であり、かつ前記ベルト補強層の幅50mm当たりに含まれる前記ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド繊維コードの総デシテックス数が80000以上150000以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
