Abstract
【解決手段】多重効用型の蒸発装置2を備える造水装置1であって、複数の蒸発缶2a〜2tは、前段側から後段側に沿って、複数の蒸発缶群3A〜3Eにグループ分けされており、原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去手段5と、原水と除スケール水とを混合した混合水を被処理水として、複数の蒸発缶群3A〜3Eの内、最前段側に配置される第1蒸発缶群3Aの各蒸発缶2a〜2dの伝熱管に供給する混合水供給手段6と、濃縮水と混合水とを混合した希釈水を被処理水として、第1蒸発缶群3Aの一つ低温側に配置される第2蒸発缶群3Bの各蒸発缶2e〜2hの伝熱管に供給する希釈水供給手段7とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 蒸気が内部を通過する伝熱管の外表面に被処理水を供給することにより被処理水から蒸気と濃縮水とを生成すると共に、前記伝熱管内で蒸気が凝縮することにより凝縮水を生成する蒸発缶を複数備え、前記複数の蒸発缶の相互間を、前段の蒸発缶で生成された蒸気を後段の蒸発缶の伝熱管内部に熱源として導くように接続された多重効用型の蒸発装置を備える造水装置であって、
前記複数の蒸発缶は、前段側から後段側に沿って、複数の蒸発缶群にグループ分けされており、
原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去手段と、
原水と除スケール水とを混合した混合水を被処理水として、前記複数の蒸発缶群の内、最前段側に配置される第1蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する混合水供給手段と、
濃縮水と混合水とを混合した希釈水を被処理水として、前記第1蒸発缶群の一つ低温側に配置される第2蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する希釈水供給手段とを備える造水装置。 - 前記希釈水供給手段は、前記第1蒸発缶群において生成された濃縮水と混合水とを混合した希釈水を前記第2蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給するように構成されている請求項1に記載の造水装置。
- 前記第1蒸発缶群および前記第2蒸発缶群以外の各蒸発缶群は、当該各蒸発缶群をそれぞれ構成する各蒸発缶の伝熱管に対して、前記第1蒸発缶群および前記第2蒸発缶群以外の各蒸発缶群のいずれかにおいて生成される濃縮水を被処理水として供給する濃縮水供給手段をそれぞれ備える請求項2に記載の造水装置。
- 前記第1蒸発缶群において生成された濃縮水を前記第2蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶に供給してフラッシュ蒸発させる手段を更に備え、
前記希釈水供給手段は、フラッシュ蒸発により生成された濃縮水、前記第2蒸発缶群において生成された濃縮水、及び、混合水を混合した希釈水を前記第2蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給するように構成されている請求項1に記載の造水装置。 - 前記スケール成分除去手段は、ナノ濾過膜装置である請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の造水装置。
- 蒸気が内部を通過する伝熱管の外表面に被処理水を供給することにより被処理水から蒸気と濃縮水とを生成すると共に、前記伝熱管内で蒸気が凝縮することにより凝縮水を生成する蒸発缶を複数備え、前記複数の蒸発缶の相互間を、前段の蒸発缶で生成された蒸気を後段の蒸発缶の伝熱管内部に熱源として導くように接続されており、前記複数の蒸発缶が、前段側から後段側に沿って、複数の蒸発缶群にグループ分けされた多重効用型の蒸発装置を用いた造水方法であって、
原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去ステップと、
原水と除スケール水とを混合した混合水を被処理水として、前記複数の蒸発缶群の内、最前段側に配置される第1蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する混合水供給ステップと、
濃縮水と混合水とを混合した希釈水を被処理水として、前記第1蒸発缶群の一つ低温側に配置される第2蒸発缶群の各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する希釈水供給ステップとを備える造水方法。
