Abstract
【解決手段】上記の課題を解決するために、本発明に係る炭素被覆金属元素含有ナノワイヤ製造方法は、圧力容器中2に設けられた電極12,13が超臨界流体の二酸化炭素中に保持された状態で電極12,13に高周波電力を供給して超臨界流体の二酸化炭素中にプラズマを発生させるとともに、有機溶媒供給源4より有機溶媒を圧力容器2に供給することを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 圧力容器中に設けられた電極が超臨界流体の二酸化炭素中に保持された状態で電極に高周波電力を供給して超臨界流体の二酸化炭素中にプラズマを発生させるとともに、圧力容器に有機溶媒を供給することを特徴とする炭素被覆金属元素含有ナノワイヤ製造方法。
- ナノワイヤの原料物質を含む金属よりなる電極を使用する請求項1に記載の炭素被覆金属元素含有ナノワイヤ製造方法。
