Abstract
【解決手段】時刻T1からT2までは時間Taだけレーザ発振試行を行い、時間Tbにわたるレーザ無発振状態の後、時刻T3からT4まで2回目のレーザ発振試行という操作が、所定の基準を満たすまで繰り返される。各回のレーザ発振試行の最後の瞬間のレーザ出力P2、P4、P6..を記録する。連続する2回のレーザ発振試行のレーザ出力の差をとり、これが所定の基準値以下になれば準備完了と判断することができる。

Claims (7)
- レーザ発振器と、該レーザ発振器に電力を供給するレーザ電源と、レーザ出力を測定するレーザ出力測定器と、レーザ光を吸収するビーム吸収装置と、レーザ出力指令を受けて前記レーザ発振器、前記レーザ電源、前記レーザ出力測定器及び前記ビーム吸収装置を制御する制御装置とを備えたレーザ装置において、
前記制御装置は、
レーザ発振器起動時からレーザ使用適正状態に入るまでの準備過程において、所定の時間にわたって前記レーザ発振器をレーザ発振状態とし、発振したレーザ光の少なくとも一部を前記ビーム吸収装置により吸収する状態で、レーザ発振状態でのレーザ出力を前記レーザ出力測定器によって測定するレーザ発振試行を行う試行実施部と、
前記試行実施部によるレーザ発振試行において、前記レーザ出力測定器により測定されたレーザ出力が、レーザ装置の安定出力状態に基づいて定められる所定の基準を満たしたか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部が前記所定の基準を満たしたと判断するまで、前記試行実施部によるレーザ発振試行とレーザ無発振状態とを自動的に交互に繰り返す反復起動部とを含むことを特徴とする、
レーザ装置。 - 前記所定の基準は、連続する2回のレーザ発振試行におけるレーザ出力値の差が所定値以下となることである、請求項1に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記所定の基準は、予め定めた安定状態の基準レーザ出力値と前記レーザ発振試行におけるレーザ出力値との差が所定値以下となることである、請求項1に記載のレーザ装置。
- レーザ発振器、励起媒体、冷却水、レーザ電源、及びレーザ出力測定器のうち少なくとも1つの温度を計測する温度測定器をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記温度測定器により測定された温度が安定出力状態に基づいて定められる所定の基準温度範囲内に入るまでは、前記反復起動部によるレーザ発振試行の繰り返しを行わずにレーザ発振試行を続行する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ装置。 - 前記所定の基準温度範囲は、予め定めた前記レーザ装置の安定出力状態の最低基準温度以上である、請求項4に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記所定の基準温度範囲は、予め定めた前記レーザ装置の安定出力状態の最高基準温度以下である、請求項4又は5に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記所定の基準温度範囲は、前記レーザ装置のレーザ出力が時間経過に対して単調増加又は単調減少するような温度範囲である、請求項4に記載のレーザ装置。
