Abstract
【解決手段】永久磁石を有するロータ11と、ロータ11の回転軸心方向にロータ11を介して対向して設けられた第1ステータ12a及び第2ステータ12bとを備えたアキシャルギャップ型の電動機3の制御装置であって、第1の電源38aから第1ステータ12aの電機子巻線13aに駆動電流を供給してロータ11を回転させる第1電流指令決定部30,第1電流制御部40aと、第1ステータ12aの電機子巻線13aへの駆動電流の供給によりロータ11が回転しているときに、第2ステータ12bの電機子巻線13bに生じる電力によって第2の電源39を充電する第2電流指令決定部37,第2電流制御部40bとを備える。

Claims (8)
- 永久磁石を有するロータと、該ロータの回転軸心方向に該ロータを介して対向して設けられた第1ステータ及び第2ステータとを備えたアキシャルギャップ型の電動機の制御装置であって、
第1の電源から前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に駆動電流を供給して前記ロータを回転させる第1通電制御手段と、前記第1ステータの電機子巻線への駆動電流の供給により前記ロータが回転しているときに、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に生じる電力によって第2の電源を充電する第2通電制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第1ステータの電機子巻線と前記第2ステータの電機子巻線の特性が、前記第1通電制御手段により前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に所定電圧を印加して駆動電流を供給したときに、前記ロータの回転により前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に生じる誘起電圧が、該所定電圧よりも低くなる設定とされていることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第2通電制御手段は、前記電動機の要求トルクに応じて、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に生じる電力によって前記第2の電源を充電する発電モードと、前記第2の電源から前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に駆動電流を供給する駆動モードとを切り換えることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項3記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第2の電源の充電状態を検出する充電状態検出手段を備え、
前記第2通電制御手段は、前記電動機の要求トルク及び前記第2の電源の充電状態に応じて、前記発電モードと前記駆動モードとを切り換えることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第2の電源の充電状態を検出する充電状態検出手段と、
前記第2ステータの電機子巻線と該第2ステータの電機子巻線の駆動回路間を、導通状態と遮断状態とに切り換える切換スイッチとを備え、
前記第2通電制御手段は、前記電動機の要求トルク及び前記第2の電源の充電状態に応じて、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に生じる電力によって前記第2の電源を充電する発電モードと、前記第2の電源から前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に駆動電流を供給する駆動モードと、前記切換スイッチにより、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線と前記第2ステータの電機子巻線の駆動回路間を遮断状態とする遮断モードとを切り換えることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第2の電源の充電状態を検出する充電状態検出手段を備え、
前記第2通電制御手段は、前記電動機の要求トルク及び前記第2の電源の充電状態に応じて、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に生じる電力によって前記第2の電源を充電する発電モードと、前記第2の電源から前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に駆動電流を供給する駆動モードと、前記第2ステータの駆動回路を構成し、前記第2ステータの各相毎に設けられて、各相の電機子巻線の入力部の高電位側への導通と遮断とを切り換える第1のスイッチング素子と、各相の電機子巻線の入力部の低電位側への導通と遮断とを切り換える第2のスイッチング素子とを、共にOFF状態とする遮断モードとを切り換えることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項6記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記電動機の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段を備え、
前記第2通電制御手段は、前記遮断モードにおいて、前記電動機の回転数が所定回転数未満であるときは、前記各第1のスイッチング素子と前記各第2のスイッチング素子を共にOFF状態とし、前記電動機の回転数が前記所定回転数以上であるときには、前記各第1のスイッチング素子をON状態として前記各第2のスイッチング素子をOFF状態とするか、又は前記各第1のスイッチング素子をOFF状態として前記各第2のスイッチング素子をON状態とすることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項7のうちいずれか1項記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第1ステータと前記第2ステータの磁気回路断面積が、同一に設定されていることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。
