Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の金属針は、金属の強酸溶液、酢酸、および酢酸ブチルからなる群より選択される液体に浸漬した後、乾燥させることによって得られる。好適には、浸漬処理に用いられる金属の強酸溶液は、遷移元素、ランタノイド、およびアクチノイドからなる群より選択される金属の硝酸溶液、例えば、パラジウム、ガドリニウム、ゲルマニウム、ベリリウム、ストロンチウム、スカンジウム、およびサマリウムからなる群より選択される金属の硝酸溶液であり得る。本発明の金属針は、血管内への挿入、臓器への到達の確認、折れた場合の針位置の確認などに有用である。

Description
ステンレス(SUS304)からなる中空針(外径1.25mm、内径0.9mm、長さ150mm:株式会社共伸)を、パラジウム標準原液(原子吸光分析用:関東化学株式会社)(製品規格:パラジウム 980〜1020mg/L;硝酸 0.9〜1.1mol/L)100mL中に室温にて30分間浸漬した。次いで、針をパラジウム標準原液から取り出し、水洗後、乾燥機中で150℃にて15分間乾燥させて、パラジウム30分処理針を得た。
上記実施例1で得られたパラジウム30分処理針を、ブタのブロック肉(100cm×100cm×100cm)に穿刺した。超音波診断装置(型番UF−4500:フクダ電子株式会社)のプローブを、穿刺した針に対して垂直になるようにブロック肉上に置き(図1参照)、エコー撮影を行った。結果を図3に示す。なお、パラジウム標準原液の代わりに蒸留水を用いたこと以外は、上記実施例1と同様に操作することによって得られた水処理針を、対照として用いて、同様に撮影した。その結果を図4に示す。
上記実施例1で得られたパラジウム30分処理針を、ブタのブロック肉(100cm×100cm×100cm)に穿刺した。超音波診断装置(型番UF−4500:フクダ電子株式会社)のプローブを、穿刺した針に対して平行にブロック肉上に置き(図2参照)、エコー撮影を行った。結果を図5に示す。なお、針の先端にエコーガイドが設けられている従来の組織採取針(外径0.9〜1.25mm、内径0.6〜0.95mm、長さ400mm:COOK社)を対照として用いて、同様に撮影した。その結果を図6に示す。
パラジウム標準原液の代わりに、以下の表1に示す液体を用いたこと以外は、上記実施例1と同様に操作することによって、種々の液体によって処理された針を製造した。なお、表1に示す金属の標準原液または標準液は、いずれも硝酸溶液であった。次いで、得られた各液体処理針について、上記実施例3と同様にエコー造影を行った。結果を表1にあわせて示す。
Claims (6)
- 金属の強酸溶液、酢酸、および酢酸ブチルからなる群より選択される液体に浸漬した後、乾燥させることによって得られる、金属針。
- 前記金属の強酸溶液が、遷移元素、ランタノイド、およびアクチノイドからなる群より選択される金属の硝酸溶液である、請求項1に記載の金属針。
- 前記金属の強酸溶液が、パラジウム、ガドリニウム、ゲルマニウム、ベリリウム、ストロンチウム、スカンジウム、およびサマリウムからなる群より選択される金属の硝酸溶液である、請求項2に記載の金属針。
- 前記金属の強酸溶液中の該金属の濃度が、980〜1020mg/Lであり、そして該強酸の濃度が、0.08〜1.1mol/Lである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の金属針。
- 前記金属針が、組織採取用である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の金属針。
- 前記液体が、原子吸光分析用標準原液である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の金属針。
