Abstract
【解決手段】固形インクスティック30を成形する成形型は、融解した相変化インク材料を収納する空洞を規定する少なくとも1つの側壁を有する容器104、及び、容器104の空洞の開口を塞ぎ、空洞110を少なくとも部分的に囲む内表面を含み、囲まれた空洞はインクスティックの外形の少なくとも一部に合致する蓋108、を備え、容器104の少なくとも1つの側壁と、蓋108の内表面とのうちの少なくとも1つは、空洞から少なくとも部分的に固体化したインクスティックの取り外しを容易にするように柔軟に構成される。

Claims (4)
- 固形インクスティックを成形する成形型であって、
融解した相変化インク材料を収納する空洞を規定する少なくとも1つの側壁を有する容器、及び、
前記容器の前記空洞の開口を塞ぎ、前記空洞を少なくとも部分的に囲む内表面を含み、前記囲まれた空洞はインクスティックの外形の少なくとも一部に合致する蓋、を備え、
前記容器の少なくとも1つの側壁と、前記蓋の内表面とのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記空洞から少なくとも部分的に固体化したインクスティックの取り外しを容易にするように柔軟に構成される成形型。 - 前記少なくとも1つの側壁及び前記蓋の前記内表面のうち少なくとも1つは、柔軟で耐熱性を有する材料から形成される請求項1に記載の成形型。
- 固形インクスティックを成形するシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの柔軟な成形型は、融解した相変化インク材料を収納する空洞を規定する側壁を有する容器、及び、前記空洞を塞ぎ、前記囲まれた空洞はインクスティックの外形の少なくとも一部を規定する蓋、前記柔軟な成形型は、柔軟で耐熱性を有する材料により少なくとも部分的に形成され、前記側壁及び前記蓋の少なくとも1つは、前記空洞から少なくとも部分的に固体化したインクスティックの取り外しを容易にするように柔軟に構成され、及び、
融解された相変化インク材料を前記柔軟な成形型の少なくとも1つに導入する前記融解された相変化インク分配器、を備えるシステム。 - 固形インクスティックを形成する方法であって、
融解された材料を柔軟な成形型の空洞内に導入し、
囲まれた前記空洞は、インクスティックの外形の少なくとも一部と合致する内形を有し、及び、
少なくとも部分的に固体化されたインクスティックを前記空洞から取り外し易くするため、前記柔軟な成形型の少なくとも一部を柔軟にすること、
を備える方法。
