Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の熱収縮性フィルムは、熱収縮性基材の少なくとも一方の面に機能層を有してなるものであって、機能層が熱収縮性基材から剥離可能なものであり、当該熱収縮性フィルムの機能層の一部を熱収縮性基材から剥離した後、当該熱収縮性フィルムを成形物に被せ、加熱により熱収縮させることで成形物を装飾する。

Description
そこで、本発明は、加熱により熱収縮性基材を熱収縮させても、機能層に起因したしわの発生を防止でき、機能層の機能が低下することを防止しうる熱収縮性フィルムおよびこれを用いた成形物の装飾方法を提供することを目的とする。
[実施例1]
厚み60μmの熱収縮性基材(スペースクリーンS7053:東洋紡績社)の一方の面に、下記組成の画像受容層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥することにより、厚み10μmの画像受容層を形成して実施例1の熱収縮性フィルムを作製した。なお、熱収縮性基材と画像受容層との接着力については0.01N/25mm未満であった。
・ポリビニルアルコール 10部
(ゴーセノールKH20:日本合成化学社)
・希釈溶剤 90部
実施例1の画像受容層用塗布液を、下記組成の画像受容層用塗布液に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の熱収縮性フィルムを作製した。なお、熱収縮性基材と画像受容層との接着力については、約0.1N/25mmであった。
・ポリビニルアセタール 70部
(エスレックKX-5:積水化学工業社)
・希釈溶剤 30部
厚み60μmの熱収縮性基材(スペースクリーンS7053:東洋紡績社)の一方の面に、下記組成の剥離調整層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥することにより、厚み5μmの剥離調整層を形成した。次いで、当該剥離調整層上に実施例1と同様の画像受容層を形成して実施例3の熱収縮性フィルムを作製した。なお、剥離調整層と熱収縮性基材との接着力については約0.1N/25mmであった。また、実施例3の熱収縮性フィルムは、画像受容層及び剥離調整層が熱収縮性基材から剥離可能なものである。
・ポリビニルブチラール 20部
(エスレックBL-1:積水化学工業社)
・希釈溶剤 80部
厚み60μmの熱収縮性基材(スペースクリーンS7053:東洋紡績社)の一方の面に、下記組成の剥離調整層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥することにより、厚み0.5μmの剥離調整層を形成した。次いで、当該剥離調整層上に実施例1と同様の画像受容層を形成して実施例4の熱収縮性フィルムを作製した。なお、画像受容層と剥離調整層との接着力については約0.1N/25mmであった。また、実施例4の熱収縮性フィルムは、画像受容層が剥離調整層から剥離可能なものである。
・ポリエステル樹脂 5部
(WAC−16:高松油脂社)
・希釈溶剤 95部
厚み50μmのセパレータに実施例1と同様の画像受容層を形成し、更に当該画像受容層上に下記組成の剥離調整層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥することにより厚み10μmの剥離調整層を形成した。
・アクリル系感圧接着剤 90部
(リカボンドAP368A:中央理化工業社)
・希釈溶剤 10部
厚み50μmのセパレータに実施例1と同様の画像受容層を形成し、更に当該画像受容層上に下記組成の剥離調整層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥することにより厚み10μmの剥離調整層を形成した。
・ポリエステル系感圧接着剤 70部
(バイロン55SS:東洋紡績社)
・希釈溶剤 30部
・硬化剤 5部
(タケネートD110N:三井化学ポリウレタン社)
実施例4の剥離調整層の厚みを、6μmに変更した以外は実施例4と同様にして、比較例1の熱収縮性フィルムを作製した。なお、画像受容層と剥離調整層との接着力については、両者が界面において強固に接着していたため、実施例で用いたよりも強い力で剥離しようとしたところ、画像受容層あるいは剥離調整層が凝集破壊し、数値測定をすることができなかった。
ペットボトル(成形体)の装飾ラベル用として、実施例および比較例の熱収縮性フィルムの画像受容層を有する面に、インクジェットプリンタ(BJ F870:キヤノン社)を用いてインクジェット印刷を行った。なお、ペットボトルの先端部に対応する部位については、印刷は行っていない。
Claims (4)
- 熱収縮性基材の少なくとも一方の面に機能層を有してなる熱収縮性フィルムであって、前記機能層が前記熱収縮性基材から剥離可能であることを特徴とする熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記機能層と前記熱収縮性基材との間に剥離調整層を有してなり、前記機能層が前記剥離調整層から剥離可能であること、或いは、前記機能層及び前記剥離調整層が前記熱収縮性基材から剥離可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記機能層が、画像受容層であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜3何れか1項記載の熱収縮性フィルムの機能層の一部を熱収縮性基材から剥離した後、当該熱収縮性フィルムを成形物に被せ、加熱により熱収縮させることを特徴とする成形物の装飾方法。
