Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂成形品を成形するための固定側金型と、可動側金型との間に形成されたキャビティに成形材料を射出して成形する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、樹脂成分と、該樹脂成分との屈折率の差が0.001以下であるガラスフィラーとが配合された成形材料を、前記固定側金型及び/又は前記可動側金型のキャビティ表面に、フィルムを配した状態で、該キャビティ内に射出して成形する。

ガラス繊維:13μm径、3mm長のチョップトストランド、集束本数400本(旭ファイバーグラス株式会社製)

表面平滑性については、フィルムを配置した樹脂成形品の面を目視で観察して、以下の通りにランク分け評価を行なった。「○」印:ガラス繊維の浮き出しが判別できず、極めて平滑である、「△」印:ガラス繊維の浮き出しが表面の1/4程度にある、「×」印:ガラス繊維の浮き出しが表面全体にある。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂成形品を成形するための固定側金型と、可動側金型との間に形成されたキャビティに成形材料を射出して成形する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
樹脂成分と、該樹脂成分との屈折率の差が0.001以下であるガラスフィラーとが配合された成形材料を、前記固定側金型及び/又は前記可動側金型のキャビティ表面に、フィルムを配した状態で、該キャビティ内に射出して成形することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記フィルムが、印刷層、ハードコート層、防曇層、帯電防止層、反射防止層及び樹脂成分との接着層から選ばれる機能層を備え、該機能層を前記樹脂成形品の表面に転写させて、前記機能層によるスキン層を形成させる、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記フィルムが、前記成形材料の樹脂成分と同一材料であり、該フィルムを前記樹脂成形品の表面にラミネートさせて、前記フィルムによるスキン層を形成させる、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記フィルムが、前記成形材料の樹脂成分と異なる樹脂成分からなる材料であり、該フィルムを前記樹脂成形品の表面にラミネートさせて、前記フィルムによるスキン層を形成させる、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂成分がポリカーボネート樹脂であり、前記ガラスフィラーが、無機成分として、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)50〜60質量%、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)7〜15質量%、酸化カルシウム(CaO)10〜20質量%、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)0〜5質量%、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)2〜8質量%、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)0〜10質量%、酸化ストロンチウム(SrO)0〜10質量%、酸化バリウム(BaO)0〜18質量%、酸化リチウム(Li2O)0〜2質量%、酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)0〜2質量%、酸化カリウム(K2O)0〜2質量%を含有し、かつ、前記酸化リチウム(Li2O)と前記酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)と前記酸化カリウム(K2O)との合計含有量が、前記ガラスフィラーに対して0〜2質量%であるガラスフィラーである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
