Claims (9)
- (a)枠部材(71)と、所定のピッチで互いに平行となるように配列された複数の端子(61)と、前記枠部材(71)に接続され、前記端子(61)を保持する端子保持部材(31)とを有する端子組立体(60)であって、
(b)前記枠部材(71)は、端子(61)の配列方向両外側に配設され、互いに平行に延在する一対の部材から成り、相手側端子(151)をガイドすることによって、各相手側端子(151)と各端子(61)との位置決めを行い、
(c)前記端子保持部材(31)は、その長手方向両端において枠部材(71)に接続されるとともに各端子(61)の基端部(66)を保持することを特徴とする端子組立体(60)。 - (a)前記枠部材(71)は、前記相手側端子(151)の配列方向両側の最外側に位置する相手側端子(151)をガイドするガイド部(75)を備え、
(b)前記最外側に位置する相手側端子(151)の外側面を両側のガイド部(75)の内側面に沿わせることによって、前記相手側端子(151)の配列方向の位置決めを可能とする請求項1に記載の端子組立体(60)。 - (a)前記端子(61)は、長手方向両端に位置し、前記端子保持部材(31)に保持される基端部(66)、及び、両側の基端部(66)を連結する弾性的に変形可能な腕部(68)を備え、
(b)該腕部(68)は、各基端部(66)に接続された山形の突起、及び、両側の突起を連結する連結部(68d)を備え、前記突起が相手側端子(151)と接触する請求項1に記載の端子組立体(60)。 - 前記端子保持部材(31)は、端子(61)の両側の基端部(66)及び枠部材(71)の両端近傍部の少なくとも一部を覆うように形成された絶縁性材料から成る部材である請求項1に記載の端子組立体(60)。
- (a)ハウジング(11)と、枠部材(71)と、所定のピッチで互いに平行となるように配列された複数の端子(61)と、前記枠部材(71)に接続され、前記端子(61)を保持する端子保持部材(31)とを有するコネクタ(1)であって、
(b)前記枠部材(71)は、端子(61)の配列方向両外側に配設され、互いに平行に延在する一対の部材から成り、平板状ケーブル(101)の相手側端子(151)をガイドすることによって、前記平板状ケーブル(101)の幅方向の位置決めを行い、
(c)前記端子保持部材(31)は、その長手方向両端において枠部材(71)に接続されるとともに各端子(61)の基端部(66)を保持し、前記ハウジング(11)に固定されることを特徴とするコネクタ(1)。 - 前記ハウジング(11)に取付けられ、該ハウジング(11)の上面を覆うとともに、前記平板状ケーブル(101)を保持する蓋部材(21)を有する請求項5に記載のコネクタ(1)。
- (a)前記ハウジング(11)は、平板状の基板部(12)、該基板部(12)に形成され、前記枠部材(71)及び端子(61)を収容する端子収容凹部(15)、該端子収容凹部(15)に形成され、前記端子保持部材(31)を収容する一対の端子保持部材収容溝(16)、並びに、一対の係合突起部(14)を備え、
(b)該係合突起部(14)は、内方に突出し、前記平板状ケーブル(101)の側端部に当接する庇部(14a)、及び、外方に突出し、前記蓋部材(21)の係合開口部(24)と係合する蓋係止部(14c)を備える請求項6に記載のコネクタ(1)。 - (a)前記枠部材(71)は、前記相手側端子(151)の配列方向両側の最外側に位置する相手側端子(151)をガイドするガイド部(75)を備え、
(b)前記最外側に位置する相手側端子(151)の外側面を両側のガイド部(75)の内側面に沿わせることによって、前記平板状ケーブル(101)の幅方向の位置決めを可能とする請求項5に記載のコネクタ(1)。 - (a)前記端子(61)は、長手方向両端に位置し、前記端子保持部材(31)に保持される基端部(66)、及び、両側の基端部(66)を連結する弾性的に変形可能な腕部(68)を備え、
(b)該腕部(68)は、各基端部(66)に接続された山形の突起、及び、両側の突起を連結する連結部(68d)を備え、両側の突起が各平板状ケーブル(101)の相手側端子(151)と接触し、前記蓋部材(21)と協働して、一対の平板状ケーブル(101)を保持し、該一対の平板状ケーブル(101)を互いに電気的に接続する請求項6に記載のコネクタ(1)。
