Abstract
【解決手段】3次元形状の被覆済ガラスセラミック体、特に反射層、無反射層、あるいは部分反射層が設けられた覗き窓ガラス板の製造方法を未加工平面ガラス体をコーティング処理して未加工の平面被覆済ガラス体を作製する工程と、次いで未加工の平面被覆済ガラス体を成形し、さらにセラミック化して3次元形状の被覆済ガラスセラミック体を作製する工程から構成する。好ましい実施態様として、成形及びセラミック化を同時に実施する。未加工ガラス体への反射性コーティング及び非反射性コーティングを好ましくは低コストであるゾル・ゲル法を用いて実施する。

Description
ガラスセラミックの生成に適する未加工平面ガラス体をコーティングして未加工平面被覆済ガラス体を生成する工程と、
次いで前記未加工平面被覆済ガラス体を成形及びセラミック化して3次元形状被覆済ガラスセラミックパネルあるいはガラスセラミック体を作製する工程から構成される。
Claims (9)
- a)ガラスセラミックの生成に適する未加工平面ガラス体をコーティング処理して未加工平面被覆済ガラス体を生成する工程と、
b)前記未加工平面被覆済ガラス体を成形及びセラミック化して3次元形状被覆済ガラスセラミック体を作製する工程から構成される3次元形状被覆済ガラスセラミック体の製造方法。 - 前記未加工ガラス体がまず成形され、次いで後続の工程においてセラミック化されることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の方法。
- 前記未加工ガラス体の成形及びセラミック化が同時に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の方法。
- 前記未加工平面ガラス体に前記コーティングによって反射層、非反射層、あるいは部分的反射層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の方法。
- 前記未加工平面ガラス体に前記コーティングによって干渉層系が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の方法。
- 前記干渉層系が高屈折率層と低屈折率層を交互に含む無機化合物含有層から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5項記載の方法。
- 前記無機化合物が珪素酸化物及びチタン酸化物から成ることを特徴とする請求項6項記載の方法。
- 前記干渉層系がゾル・ゲル法によって作製されることを特徴とする請求項5項記載の方法。
- 前記ゾル・ゲル法は、前記コーティングにおいて未加工ガラス体へ処理されたゾル・ゲル層の、セラミック化と焼き付けを同時に行う工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項8項記載の方法。
