Abstract
【解決手段】スクリュ式混練押出機において、シリンダ2の内孔2aの周方向の互いに異なる位置に複数の注入孔4を形成し、各注入孔4から脱揮助剤10を注入し、脱気効率を向上させる構成である。

Claims (2)
- 一対のスクリュ(3)を有するシリンダ(2)の内孔(2a)内の注水分散ゾーン(2A)で混練されている樹脂融体(P)に対し、前記シリンダ(2)に形成された注入孔(4)から脱揮助剤(10)を前記内孔(2a)内に注入する構成のスクリュ式混練押出機において、
前記シリンダ(2)の内孔(2a)の周方向の互いに異なる位置に複数の前記注入孔(4)を有することを特徴とするスクリュ式混練押出機。 - 前記注入孔(4)は、前記内孔(2a)の周方向の90度毎に1個設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスクリュ式混練押出機。
