Abstract
【解決手段】透明基板1の表面に形成された電極2と対向電極6との間に、色素を担持した光吸収粒子からなる光吸収層3と電解質層5とを備えてなり、光吸収層3が、光吸収粒子と、光吸収粒子の粒径よりも大きい粒径を有する光散乱粒子4を含有し、光吸収粒子の粒径が20nm以下であり、光散乱粒子4の粒径が20nm以上100nm以下である色素増感太陽電池を構成する。

Claims (6)
- 透明基板の表面に形成された電極と対向電極との間に、色素を担持した光吸収粒子からなる光吸収層と電解質層とを備えてなる色素増感太陽電池であって、
上記光吸収層は、上記光吸収粒子と、上記光吸収粒子の粒径よりも大きい粒径を有する光散乱粒子を含有し、
上記光吸収粒子の粒径が20nm以下であり、
上記光散乱粒子の粒径が20nm以上100nm以下である
色素増感太陽電池。 - 上記光吸収層の厚みが15μm以下である請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 平均粒径が27μm以上の光散乱粒子が体積分率で50%以上含まれている請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 上記光散乱粒子は、吸収する光の波長の1/20より大きい粒径である請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 上記光散乱粒子が上記光吸収粒子と同じ材料からなる請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 上記光散乱粒子が上記光吸収粒子と異なる材料からなる請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池。
