Abstract

前記監視ユーザによってモニターされた特定の環境内のモニター対象ユーザの3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記モニター対象ユーザに向けられた少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記3次元運動が決定されるステップと、
取り込まれた前記運動を使用して3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを識別するステップと、
識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の有害動作定義と比較することにより、前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームによって表された前記モニター対象ユーザの特定の定義済み有害動作を識別するステップと、
前記複数の有害動作定義の中から前記モニター対象ユーザの前記特定の定義済み有害動作を識別したことに応答して、前記監視ユーザのみによって検出可能なインターフェースにより前記モニター対象ユーザの前記特定の定義済み有害動作について前記特定の環境に関する前記監視ユーザに通知するステップと、

- 識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の有害動作定義と比較することにより、前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを表す特定の定義済み有害動作を識別するための前記手段が、前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティから、前記モニター対象ユーザによる不審な活動、前記モニター対象ユーザの障害状態、前記モニター対象者が所持する隠匿凶器、前記モニター対象者による積極的態度、前記モニター対象者の怒った顔の表情、および前記モニター対象者の神経質な状態のうちの1つを識別するための手段をさらに有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記警告システムが、
前記モニター対象ユーザによって検出不能な監視ユーザへの前記警告信号の出力を制御するために、前記特定の定義済み有害動作を出力装置の出力コントローラに出力するための出力信号に変換するための手段
をさらに有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 有害動作を表すモニター対象ユーザの動作を監視ユーザに警告するためのコンピュータ可読プログラムを含む記憶装置タイプのコンピュータで使用可能な媒体を有するプログラムにおいて、コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータ可読プログラムが、
前記監視ユーザによってモニターされた特定の環境内のモニター対象ユーザの3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記モニター対象ユーザに向けられた少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記3次元運動が決定されるステップと、
取り込まれた前記運動を使用して3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを識別するステップと、
識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の有害動作定義と比較することにより、前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームによって表された前記モニター対象ユーザの特定の定義済み有害動作を識別するステップと、
前記監視ユーザのみによって検出可能なインターフェースにより前記モニター対象ユーザの前記特定の定義済み有害動作について前記特定の環境に関する前記監視ユーザに通知するステップと、
を前記コンピュータに実行させるプログラム。 - 前記コンピュータ可読プログラムがネットワークにより伝送される、請求項18に記載のプログラム。
- コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータ可読プログラムが、前記モニター対象ユーザの特定の3次元運動を識別し追跡するための立体画像装置を使用して前記3次元運動を取り込むステップを前記コンピュータにさらに実行させる、請求項18に記載のプログラム。
