Abstract
【解決手段】ハブ輪9のインボード側端部の先端側部分を塑性変形させて内輪10に軸方向に対向させ、それにより内輪10の抜け止めを行った軸受装置の製造方法であって、ハブ輪9のインボード側端部の先端側部分を塑性変形せしめる治具13に、ハブ輪9のインボード側端部の先端側部分に圧入される圧入部13aと、圧入部13aの後方に圧入部13aよりも大径の段部13bを設け、治具13の段部13bとハブ輪9の塑性変形部分12とを当接させて治具13の圧入部13aの圧入量を管理する。

(2)前記治具の前記段部と前記ハブ輪の前記先端側部分あるいは前記内輪の端部とが当接した後にさらに前記治具を圧入することを特徴とする(1)に記載の軸受装置の製造方法。
図1は本発明の一実施形態の軸受装置の製造方法が適用された軸受装置の断面図、図2は図1の軸受装置におけるハブ輪の塑性加工を説明する要部拡大断面図、図3は図1の軸受装置におけるハブ輪の塑性加工の変形例を説明する要部拡大断面図、図4はハブ輪の成形加工を説明する断面図である。

Claims (2)
- 内周に複列の転走面を有する外方部材と、前記外方部材の前記各転走面に対向する転走面を外周に複列に有する内方部材と、前記外方部材及び前記内方部材の相対向する前記転走面の間にそれぞれ介装された複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内方部材が、当該内方部材の一方の前記転走面が形成されたハブ輪と、当該内方部材の他方の前記転走面が形成されて前記ハブ輪の一端部に外嵌した内輪と、を含み、
前記ハブ輪の先端側部分を塑性変形させて前記内輪に軸方向に対向させ、それにより前記内輪の抜け止めを行った軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記ハブ輪の前記先端側部分を塑性変形せしめる治具に、前記先端側部分に圧入される圧入部と、前記圧入部の後方に当該圧入部よりも大径の段部を設け、
前記治具の前記段部と前記ハブ輪の前記先端側部分あるいは前記内輪の端部とを当接させて前記治具の前記圧入部の圧入量を管理することを特徴とする軸受装置の製造方法。 - 前記治具の前記段部と前記ハブ輪の前記先端側部分あるいは前記内輪の端部とが当接した後にさらに前記治具を圧入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置の製造方法。
