Abstract
【解決手段】磁気ライタは、書込み要素と、書込み要素に隣接して配置された発振素子とを含む。第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層と、第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な成分を含む磁化ベクトルを有する第2の磁性層とを含む。第1の非磁性層が第1の磁性層と第2の磁性層との間に配置される。第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れるとき、高周波振動場を生成する。

Description
本発明は、磁気装置に関する。更に詳細には、本発明は、高周波振動場を採用した磁気装置に関する。
本発明は、書込み要素と、書込み要素に隣接して配置された発振素子とを含む磁気ライタに関する。第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層と、第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な成分を含む磁化ベクトルを有する第2の磁性層とを含む。第1の非磁性層が第1の磁性層と第2の磁性層との間に配置される。第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れるときに、高周波振動場を発生する。
図1は、磁気媒体14に近接して配置された書込み支援装置12を含む磁気ライタ10の側面図である。磁気ライタ10は、書込み磁極20、導電性コイル22およびシールド26を含む。書込み磁極20は、書込み支援装置12および非磁性導体28によって、磁気媒体14の表面においてフロント・シールド26に接続される。導電性コイル22は、導電性コイル22の巻線が書込み磁極20とシールド26との間のギャップに配置されるように書込み磁極20を取り囲む。

Claims (23)
- 磁気ライタであって、
書込み要素と、
該書込み要素に隣接して配置された第1の発振素子であって、該第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層、該第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な成分を含む磁化ベクトルを有する第2の磁性層および前記第1の磁性層と前記第2の磁性層との間に配置された第1の非磁性層を含み、前記第1の発振素子は、前記第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れるとき、高周波振動場を発生する前記第1の発振素子と、
を含む磁気ライタ。 - 請求項1記載の磁気ライタであって、更に
前記第1の発振素子に隣接して配置され、第3の磁性層、該第3の磁性層の主面に垂直な成分を含む磁化ベクトルを有する第4の磁性層および前記第3の磁性層と前記第4の磁性層との間に配置された第2の非磁性層を含む第2の発振素子であって、前記第3の磁性層の主面に垂直に電流が流れる前記第2の発振素子、
を含む前記磁気ライタ。 - 請求項2記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第2の発振素子は、前記第1の発振素子と直列に接続される前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項2記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第2の発振素子は、前記第1の発振素子と並列に配置される前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項2記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1および第2の発振素子によって生成される高周波振動場は、位相ロックされる前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項1記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1の発振素子は、更に非磁性層と反対側の前記第2の磁性層に隣接して配置された前記第3の磁性層を含み、前記第3の磁性層の磁化の主方向が、前記第1の磁性層の磁化方位に概ね平行である前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項1記載の磁気ライタであって、前記高周波振動場の周波数は、電流の大きさに相関する前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項7記載の磁気ライタであって、前記高周波振動場は、少なくとも1.0GHzの周波数を有する前記磁気ライタ。
- 磁気ライタであって、
フロント面を通る書込み場を生成する書込み要素と、
前記フロント面において書込み要素に隣接して配置された第1の発振素子であって、該第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層、該第1の磁性層の主面に概ね垂直な磁化方位を有する第2の磁性層および前記第1の磁性層と前記第2の磁性層との間に配置された第1の非磁性層を含む前記第1の発振素子と、
を含み、
前記第1の発振素子は、前記第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れるときに、書込み場を支援する高周波振動場を生成する、
磁気ライタ。 - 請求項9記載の磁気ライタであって、前記電流は、直流、交流および交流で変調された直流を含むグループから選ばれる前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項9記載の磁気ライタであって、更に、
前記第1の発振素子に隣接して配置され、第3の磁性層、該第3の磁性層の主面に本質的に垂直な磁化方位を有する第4の磁性層および前記第3の磁性層と前記第4の磁性層との間に配置された第2の非磁性層を含む第2の発振素子であって、前記第3の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れる第2の発振素子、
を含む前記磁気ライタ。 - 請求項11記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第2の発振素子は、前記第1の発振素子と直列に配置される前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項11記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第2の発振素子は、前記第1の発振素子と並列に配置される前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項11記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1および第2の発振素子によって生成される高周波振動場は、位相ロックされる前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項9記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1の発振素子は、更に前記第1の非磁性層と反対側の前記第2の磁性層に隣接して配置された第3の磁性層を含み、該第3の磁性層の磁化の主方向が、前記第1の磁性層の磁化方位に概ね平行な前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項9記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1および第2の磁性層の少なくとも1つは、Co、CoFe、CoFeB、NiFeおよびそれらの合金を含むグループから選ばれた材料を含む前記磁気ライタ。
- 請求項9記載の磁気ライタであって、前記第1の非磁性層は、Cu、Ag、Au、Pt、Cr、RuおよびPdを含むグループから選ばれた材料を含む前記磁気ライタ。
- 磁気書込みシステムであって、
磁気媒体と、
該磁気媒体に隣接して配置され、前記磁気媒体に対面する表面を通る書込み場を生成する書込み要素と、
前記磁気媒体に対面する表面において前記書込み要素に隣接して配置された第1の発振素子であって、該第1の発振素子は、第1の磁性層、該第1の磁性層の主面に本質的に垂直な磁化方位を有する前記第2の磁性層および前記第1の磁性層と前記第2の磁性層との間に配置された第1の非磁性層を含む前記第1の発振素子と、
を含み、
前記第1の発振素子は、前記第1の磁性層の主面に垂直な方向に電流が流れるとき、前記書込み要素に近接した前記磁気媒体の保磁力を低減する高周波振動場を生成する、
磁気書込みシステム。 - 請求項18記載の磁気書込みシステムであって、前記高周波振動場の周波数は、電流の大きさに関連する前記磁気書込みシステム。
- 請求項18記載の磁気書込みシステムであって、更に、
前記第1の非磁性層と反対側の前記第2の磁性層に隣接して配置された第3の磁性層であって、該第3の磁性層の磁化の主方向が、前記第2の磁性層の磁化方位に概ね垂直である前記第3の磁性層、
を含む前記磁気書込みシステム。 - 請求項20記載の磁気書込みシステムであって、更に、
前記第3の磁性層の主面に本質的に垂直な磁化方位を有する第4の磁性層と、
前記第3の磁性層と前記第4の磁性層との間に配置された第2の非磁性層と、
を含む前記磁気書込みシステム。 - 請求項18記載の磁気書込みシステムであって、更に、
第3の磁性層と、
該第3の磁性層の主面に概ね垂直な磁化方位を有する第4の磁性層と、
前記第3の磁性層と前記第4の磁性層との間に配置された第2の非磁性層と、
を含み、
前記第3の磁性層は、前記第1および第3の磁性層の主面に概ね平行な方向に電流が流れるように、前記第1の磁性層に対して配置される、
前記磁気書込みシステム。 - 請求項18記載の磁気書込みシステムであって、前記電流は、直流、交流および交流で変調された直流を含むグループから選ばれる前記磁気書込みシステム。
