Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の仮止めクリップ12は、基部22、基台部18、及び爪部24からなる樹脂製のクリップ本体26と、車両側の窓用開口枠部32に当接される緩衝層30とが押出成形装置50により押し出されて溶着されることにより一体成形される。これにより、後工程にて緩衝部材をクリップ本体に貼り付ける従来の仮止めクリップと比較して、高い生産性を得ることができる。また、一体成形された緩衝層30により、窓用開口枠部32との擦れ合いによる異音の発生を防止することができる。

Description
部との間の隙間に仮止め用の凹部が形成された仮止めクリップであって、前記クリップ本体には、少なくとも前記凹部が仮止めされる車両本体と当接する面に緩衝層が一体形成されていることを特徴としている。
より生じる異音の発生を防止した仮止めクリップ付きの窓用板状体を提供できる。
Claims (7)
- 基部と、前記基部の底面に略平行に形成された基台部と、前記基部の上面から該基部の底面に対して略平行に延出形成された爪部とからなる樹脂製のクリップ本体を備え、前記基台部と前記爪部との間の隙間に仮止め用の凹部が形成された仮止めクリップであって、前記クリップ本体には、少なくとも前記凹部が仮止めされる車両本体と当接する面に緩衝層が一体形成されていることを特徴とする仮止めクリップ。
- 前記緩衝層は、前記クリップ本体よりも軟質の樹脂材料によって形成されている請求項1に記載の仮止めクリップ。
- 前記クリップ本体の窓用板状体と当接される面には接着層が形成され、該接着層は前記クリップ本体よりも軟質の樹脂によって形成されている請求項1、又は2に記載の仮止めクリップ。
- 前記緩衝層と前記接着層とが同一の樹脂によって前記クリップ本体に一体成形されている請求項3に記載の仮止めクリップ。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4のうちいずれか一つに記載の仮止めクリップは、少なくとも二つ以上の異なる組成の材料を用いて一体に成形されて製造されることを特徴とする仮止めクリップの製造方法。
- 前記仮止めクリップは、前記少なくとも二つ以上の異なる組成の樹脂材料を用いて一体に押し出し成形されて製造される請求項5に記載の仮止めクリップの製造方法。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4のうちいずれか一つに記載の仮止めクリップが固着されたことを特徴とする仮止めクリップ付き窓用板状体。
