Abstract
【解決手段】注射器アダプタが第1の端部および第2の端部を有する本体を有する。本体の第1の端部は、注射器のカニューレがアダプタに対して固定された位置で保持されるように注射器の端部に受け入れられ、注射器の端部に係合されるようになされている。アダプタの第2の端部は注入ポートの嵌合部に嵌合するようになされている。アダプタの第2の端部が注入ポートの嵌合部に係合するとき、アダプタは注射器のカニューレが皮下注入ポートに適切に整列されることを確実にし、カニューレが適した深さに注入ポートを貫入することを確実にする。ペン型送出システムとともに使用するためのアダプタがまた開示されている。さらに、バイアルから注射器に治療剤を充填することを容易にするためのアダプタが開示されている。

Claims (20)
- 注入ポートを有する注射器を利用するためのアダプタであって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有する本体を有し、前記本体の前記第1の端部は注射器の端部を受け入れるようになされ、前記第2の端部は前記注入ポートに嵌合するようになされていることを特徴とするアダプタ。 - 前記注射器の前記端部を前記注入ポートに位置合わせするために前記注射器の前記端部を受け入れる心出しリングをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記本体は、
第1の本体部と、
前記第1の本体部に嵌合する第2の本体部と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアダプタ。 - 前記第1および第2の本体部は開位置と閉位置の間で折畳み可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記第1および第2の本体部を連結する蝶番をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記第1の本体部は第1の折畳み可能部に枢動可能に連結された第1の取付けカラー部を有し、前記第2の本体部は第2の折畳み可能部に枢動可能に連結された第2の取付けカラー部を有し、前記第1および第2の取付けカラー部は取付けカラーを形成するために互いに嵌合することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記本体の前記第2の端部を遮蔽するためのキャップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記中空の本体は前記注射器を受け入れるためのスリットを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記注射器のハブに係合するために前記本体の上に形成された固定用タブをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記本体の前記第1の端部に配置された環状リングと、
前記環状リングと前記心出しリングの間に延びる複数のリブと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアダプタ。 - 前記第1および第2の本体部は、それぞれ前記注射器を前記注入ポートに整列するために前記注射器の前記端部を受け入れるようになされた凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記嵌合された第1および第2の本体部は、配置されたとき前記注射器の前記端部を遮蔽することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアダプタ。
- 注入ポートを有するペン型送出システムを利用するためのアダプタであって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有する外側シールドであって、前記外側シールドの前記第1の端部は前記ペン型送出システムに嵌合するようになされ、前記外側シールドの前記第2の端部は前記注入ポートに嵌合するようになされている外側シールドと、
前記外側シールドの中に配置されたペン針と
を備えることを特徴とするアダプタ。 - 無菌バリアを形成するために前記外側シールドの前記第2の端部の上に取り付けられるようになされた無菌キャップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記無菌キャップは前記外側シールドに溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアダプタ。
- 複数の翼は、前記アダプタからの前記無菌キャップの取外しを容易にするために前記無菌キャップの上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアダプタ。
- 取外し可能な保護バリアは前記外側シールドの前記第1の端部に配置され、前記取外し可能な保護用のバリアは前記ペン型送出システムに係合する前に取り外されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアダプタ。
- 注入ポートを有するペン型送出システムを利用するためのアダプタであって、
三角形形状の本体を形成するためにともに連結された第1、第2および第3の脚と、
ペン針アセンブリを収容するために前記アダプタの前記第1および第2の脚の中に形成された第1および第2の凹部と、
前記注入ポートの対応する機構の形状に対応する幾何学的パターンで配置された前記第1および第2の脚の延長ストラットと
を備えることを特徴とするアダプタ。 - 注入ポートアダプタとともに使用するためのバイアルアダプタであって、
下面および上面を有する円板と、
前記円板の前記下面から延びる複数の可撓性の指部であって、前記複数の可撓性の指部は前記指部の内面の上に形成された保持用フランジを有し、前記可撓性の指部はバイアルの首部の上に入るようになされ、前記可撓性の指部により前記保持用フランジが前記バイアルの前記首部の上で圧着リングを通り越すことを可能にする複数の可撓性の指部と、
前記円板の前記上面から延びるシリンダであって、前記注入ポートアダプタの内径に対応する外径を有するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内側にキャビティを形成するために前記シリンダの上部にある開口部を遮蔽する隔壁と、
前記円板を通って前記シリンダの中の前記キャビティの中に延びるカニューレと
を備えることを特徴とするバイアルアダプタ。 - 前記隔壁は前記シリンダの自由端と同一平面であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のバイアルアダプタ。
