Abstract
【解決手段】火種自己着火燃焼モードを含む複数の燃焼モードで運転される内燃機関3の制御装置1は、ECU2を備える。このECU2は、火種自己着火燃焼モードのとき(ステップ14,34がYESのとき)には、内部EGR量を制御し(ステップ21〜27)、実排気閉じ角EXCLOSE_ACTを算出し(ステップ61)、目標排気閉じ角EXCLOSE_CMDを算出し(ステップ25)、閉じ角偏差dEを算出し(ステップ62)、均質混合気形成用の燃料噴射量GFUEL1を算出し(ステップ44)、閉じ角偏差dEに応じて補正係数KFUELを算出し(ステップ68)、補正係数KFUELで基本値GFUEL2_MAPを補正することにより、成層混合気形成用の燃料噴射量GFUEL2を算出する(ステップ69)。

Claims (6)
- 内部EGR装置により、気筒内で発生した既燃ガスの当該気筒内での残留量が内部EGR量として変更され、燃料噴射装置による燃料噴射により、成層混合気および均質混合気の双方を含む混合気を形成し、当該成層混合気を火花点火により燃焼させるとともに、当該燃焼する成層混合気を火種として前記均質混合気を自己着火燃焼させる火種自己着火燃焼モードを含む複数の燃焼モードで運転される内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記内部EGR装置を駆動することにより、内部EGR量を制御する内部EGR制御手段と、
実際の内部EGR量の推定値である実内部EGR量を表す実内部EGR量パラメータを算出する実内部EGR量パラメータ算出手段と、
当該実内部EGR量パラメータの目標となる目標内部EGR量パラメータを算出する目標内部EGR量パラメータ算出手段と、
前記算出された目標内部EGR量パラメータと前記算出された実内部EGR量パラメータとの間の相対的な偏差および比の一方を指標値として算出する指標値算出手段と、
均質混合気生成用および成層混合気生成用の燃料噴射量をそれぞれ算出するとともに、前記火種自己着火燃焼モードのときに、当該成層混合気生成用の燃料噴射量を、前記算出された指標値に応じて算出する燃料噴射量算出手段と、
前記燃料噴射装置を駆動することにより、前記算出された均質混合気生成用の燃料噴射量分の燃料を、均質混合気生成用のタイミングで噴射させるとともに、前記算出された成層混合気生成用の燃料噴射量分の燃料を、成層混合気生成用のタイミングで噴射させる燃料噴射制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射量算出手段は、前記火種自己着火燃焼モード中、前記目標内部EGR量パラメータが前記実内部EGR量パラメータを上回っていることを前記指標値が示しているときには、当該上回っている度合が大きいほど、前記成層混合気生成用の燃料噴射量をより大きくなるように補正する補正手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記目標内部EGR量パラメータが前記実内部EGR量パラメータを所定度合以上、上回っていることを前記指標値が示しているときに、前記内部EGR装置が故障したと判定する故障判定手段をさらに備え、
前記燃料噴射量算出手段は、当該故障判定手段により前記内部EGR装置が故障したと判定されたときには、前記成層混合気生成用の燃料噴射量を値0に設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記故障判定手段は、前記目標内部EGR量パラメータが前記実内部EGR量パラメータを所定度合以上、上回っていることを前記指標値が示している状態が所定時間以上継続したときに、前記内部EGR装置が故障したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内部EGR装置の実際の動作状態を表す動作状態パラメータを検出する動作状態パラメータ検出手段をさらに備え、
前記実内部EGR量パラメータ算出手段は、当該検出された動作状態パラメータに応じて、前記実内部EGR量パラメータを算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記実内部EGR量パラメータ算出手段は、前記実内部EGR量パラメータを、前記気筒内の未燃ガス温度の推定値である実筒内ガス温度として算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
