Abstract
【解決手段】弾性体を第1レース1に被覆して一体化した外側弾性シール材6に、第2レース2の圧接面2Aに向かって延びる主リップ6Aを形成し、一対のレース1,2を軸方向に近づけて組付ける際に、主リップ6Aが組付け方向に弾性変形した後、組付け完了時には前記弾性変形の方向と逆方向に反転して弾性変形するように前記圧接面2Aを傾斜させてなり、さらに組付け完了時において、主リップ6Aの弾性変形の復元力を前記傾斜させた圧接面2Aに作用させた。

Claims (2)
- 軸方向に対向する環状の一対のレースと、これらのレースの対向面間に転動可能に配列された複数のボールと、前記一対のレースの内周部相互間及び外周部相互間を密封する内側弾性シール材及び外側弾性シール材とを備えた密封型スラスト玉軸受であって、
前記弾性シール材が、弾性体を前記レースに被覆して一体化したものであり、
前記内側弾性シール材及び外側弾性シール材の少なくとも一方が、該シール材と別体の前記レースの圧接面に向かって延びるリップを備えたシールとされ、前記一対のレースを軸方向に近づけて組付ける際に、前記リップが組付け方向に弾性変形した後、組付け完了時には前記弾性変形の方向と逆方向に反転して弾性変形するように前記圧接面を傾斜させてなり、さらに組付け完了時において、前記リップの弾性変形の復元力を前記傾斜させた圧接面に作用させてなる密封型スラスト玉軸受。 - 前記傾斜させた圧接面が、前記ボールの軌道部とされる湾曲部の外周面であり、該湾曲外周面に前記外側弾性シール材の内方へ延びるリップを圧接させてなる請求項1記載の密封型スラスト玉軸受。
