在此基础上,在内圈、外圈以及下侧部件的组装结束时,上述凸条的上表面从外圈的内侧圆筒部的下端向下方离开,上述凸条的外周面从下侧部件向径向内侧离开,因此在轴承的旋转中,上述凸条不会与其他部件接触,因此轴承的旋转扭矩不会增大。
并且,向径向外侧延伸的上述凸条的外周面从下侧部件向径向内侧离开,因此通过调整其间隙,使得上述凸条也作为迷宫式密封件发挥功能。

具体实施方式
接着,基于添附的附图详细地说明本发明的实施方式,但本发明并不限定于添附附图所示的方式,而是包括满足权利要求书所记载的要件的全部实施方式。此外,在本说明书中,将轴承的轴向设为上下方向,将从上方将内圈组装于在下方配置的外圈的方向设为“组装方向”。
实施方式1.
<密封型推力球轴承的构造>
如图1的纵剖立体图以及图2的纵剖侧视图所示,本发明的实施方式1的密封型推力球轴承包含:在轴向上对置的环状的内圈1及外圈2;多个滚珠3、3、…,以能够转动的方式排列于内圈1及外圈2的对置面之间,并被保持器4保持;以及内侧弹性密封部件5及外侧弹性密封部件6,将内圈1及外圈2的内周部相互之间以及外周部相互之间密封,并通过将弹性体覆盖于内圈1而一体化,在内圈1与外圈2之间,封入作为润滑剂的润滑脂。
本实施方式所示的密封型推力球轴承为使用于汽车的烛式独立悬挂的构造,外圈2组装于配置于其下侧的下侧部件、即成为弹簧的接收部的弹簧座8而被一体化。
弹簧座8包含径向内侧上部的圆筒部8A、在圆筒部8A的下方缩径的圆筒部8B、将圆筒部8A、8B相连的倾斜部8C、从圆筒部8A的上端部向径向外侧延伸的凸缘部8D、从凸缘部8D降阶而向外侧延伸的凸缘部8E、以及将凸缘部8D、8E相连的倾斜部8F。
这里,内圈1、外圈2以及弹簧座8通过钢板的钣金冲压加工而制作,滚珠3、3、…为钢制,保持器4为合成树脂制。
另外,内侧弹性密封部件5以及外侧弹性密封部件6是将内圈1作为心轴、并利用硫化粘接覆盖合成橡胶等弹性体而与内圈1一体化,并将其前端部设为唇部构造。
作为使用于上述弹性体的橡胶材料,作为耐油性良好的橡胶材料,能够从丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)、氟橡胶(FKM、FPM)、硅橡胶(VQM)等橡胶中,适当地混合使用一种或两种以上的橡胶。
另外,在考虑橡胶材料的捏炼加工性、硫化成形性、与作为心轴的内圈1之间的粘合性的情况下,也优选与其他种类的橡胶、例如液状NBR、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、天然橡胶(NR)、异戊橡胶(IR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)等混合地使用的方式。
在图2的纵剖侧视图中,内圈1的弯曲部1A以及外圈2的弯曲部2A被设为滚珠3、3、…的轨道部,在内圈1的径向内侧部的向下方延伸的内侧圆筒部1B的下方设有内侧弹性密封部件5,在内圈1的径向外侧部的向下方延伸的外侧圆筒部1C的下方设有外侧弹性密封部件6。
在外圈2的径向内侧部,形成有向下方延伸的内侧圆筒部2B,内侧圆筒部2B被压入弹簧座8的圆筒部8A的内径侧,从外圈2的弯曲部2A的下部连接于内侧圆筒部2B的上端部的水平部的下表面,与弹簧座8的凸缘部8D的上表面抵接。
<内侧弹性密封部件的构造以及功能>
如图2的纵剖侧视图所示,内侧弹性密封部件5具备与内圈1的内侧圆筒部1B的端部相连的内侧圆筒状基部5A,并且在内侧圆筒状基部5A的下方具备与弹簧座8的径向内表面的压接面A压接的唇部5B。
内侧圆筒状基部5A在外周面具备比外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B的下端内周向径向外侧延伸的凸条7,如图3A的纵剖侧视图所示,在内圈1、外圈2以及弹簧座8的组装结束时,凸条7的上表面7A从外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B的下端向下方离开,凸条7的外周面7C从弹簧座8向径向内侧离开。
这里,如图3B的纵剖侧视图所示,若使内圈1以及外圈2沿轴向向背离的方向移动,则凸条7的上表面7A抵接于外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B的下端从而被抵止,因此,凸条7具有防止内圈1以及外圈2分离的功能。
此外,从内侧圆筒状基部5A的外周面向径向外侧延伸的凸条7例如跨设于整周(环状),但也可以仅形成于周向上的一部分。
<外侧弹性密封部件的构造以及功能>
如图2的纵剖侧视图所示,外侧弹性密封部件6具备:主唇部6B,以压接于外圈2的弯曲部2A外周面的压接面B的方式向径向内侧延伸;以及防尘唇6C,以压接于弹簧座8的倾斜部8F上表面的压接面C的方式向下方延伸,并且,在主唇部6B的上方,具备连接于内圈1的外侧圆筒部1C的端部的外侧圆筒状基部6A。
这里,主唇部6B具有防止填充于轴承内部的润滑脂的泄漏、以及防止内圈1以及外圈2分离的功能,防尘唇6C具有防止来自外部的泥水等异物进入的功能。
<将内圈组装于外圈的作业>
(内侧弹性密封部件)
在进行将内圈1组装于外圈2的作业时,如图4的概略纵剖端面图的箭头那样,若使内圈1相对于外圈2向组装方向移动,则内侧弹性密封部件5的凸条7从上方抵接于外圈2。
若使内圈1进一步向组装方向移动,则内侧弹性密封部件5一边弹性变形一边越过外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B,如图2的纵剖侧视图那样结束组装。
此外,由于内侧圆筒状基部5A向径向内侧弹性变形,因此即使存在凸条7,也能够相对较容易地进行内圈1向组装方向的移动。
这里,将内侧弹性密封部件5的凸条7的下表面7B(参照图3A)设为随着朝向下方去而缩径的倾斜面,由此提高将内圈1以及外圈2在轴向上接近而组装的作业的作业性。
(外侧弹性密封部件)
利用图5A至图5E的概略纵剖端面图,说明进行将内圈1组装于外圈2的作业时的外侧弹性密封部件6的主唇部6B的弹性变形。
从内圈1与外圈2在轴向上分离的状态起,直至如图5A那样主唇部6B抵接于外圈2的弯曲部2A的上端部为止,主唇部6B为自由状态(未弹性变形的状态)。
若从该自由状态起,如图中箭头那样使内圈1相对于外圈2向组装方向移动,则如图5B~D那样,与外圈2的弯曲部2A的上端部抵接的主唇部6B向与组装方向相反的方向大幅度弹性变形。
该状态下的主唇部6B的弹性变形所产生的恢复力作用于下方(组装方向)。
此外,由于外侧圆筒状基部6A向径向外侧弹性变形,因此即使在主唇部6B大幅度弹性变形的状态下,也能够相对较容易地进行内圈1向组装方向的移动。
弹性变形的主唇部6B一边抵接于外圈2的弯曲部2A的外周面一边向下方移动,由于弯曲部2A的外周面以随着向下方(组装方向)去而缩径的方式倾斜,因此主唇部6B的弹性变形逐渐变小,在组装方向上弹性变形的主唇部6B通过上述恢复力而向与上述弹性变形的方向相反的方向相反地弹性变形(参照图5E)。
然后,在图5E所示的组装结束的状态下,主唇部6B如上述那样压接于倾斜的弯曲部2A的外周面而防止轴承的分离,因此与利用上述凸条7防止内圈1以及外圈2分离的功能相结合,无需为了防止轴承分离而增大主唇部6B的弹性变形的恢复力。
实施方式2.
在图6的纵剖立体图以及图7的纵剖侧视图所示的本发明的实施方式2的密封型推力球轴承中,与图1的纵剖立体图以及图2的纵剖侧视图所示的本发明的实施方式1的密封型推力球轴承相同的附图标记,表示相同或者对应的部分。
实施方式2的密封型推力球轴承取消了实施方式1的密封型推力球轴承中的内侧弹性密封部件5的唇部5B。
设于内侧弹性密封部件5的内侧圆筒状基部5A的外周面的凸条7的外周面,从弹簧座8向径向内侧离开,因此通过调整其间隙,使得凸条7也作为迷宫式密封件发挥功能。
由此,根据要求规格,能够如实施方式2那样取消实施方式1的唇部5B,采用这样的构成,使轴承的旋转扭矩变得更小。
<利用凸条防止内圈以及外圈分离的功能的评价>
(比较例)
将专利文献3的密封型推力球轴承的构造作为比较例。
(实施例)
将实施例设成使用与比较例的构造相同的外侧弹性密封部件、并将内侧弹性密封部件5设为与实施方式1的图2相同的构造。此外,凸条7设于内侧圆筒状基部5A的外周面的整周。
(评价方法以及评价结果)
固定外圈2,以内圈1沿轴向从外圈2背离的方式,沿轴向向内圈1施加负载,并测定了分离负载。
施加负载的位置为:(a)内圈1的径向中心部;(b)内圈1的外周部一处位置,在(a)中将施加负载时的分离负载设为“内外圈分离负载”,在(b)中将施加负载时的分离负载设为“撬动分离负载”。此外,向上述内圈1的外周部一个位置施加负载,是通过在内圈1外周部的一个位置开设轴向的孔并插入螺栓,并在上述螺栓的螺纹部螺合螺母,对上述螺栓的头部施加拉伸负载而进行的。
其结果,关于“内外圈分离负载”,实施例是比较例的5.8倍,关于“撬动分离负载”,实施例是比较例的9.6倍,实施例的分离负载远比比较例的分离负载大。
根据如以上那样构成的密封型推力球轴承的构成,若内圈1以及外圈2沿轴向向背离的方向移动,则在内圈1的内侧弹性密封部件5的内侧圆筒状基部5A具备的向径向外侧延伸的凸条7,抵止于外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B的下端,因此分离负载大幅度变大。
而且,在内圈1、外圈2、以及作为下侧部件的弹簧座8的组装结束时,凸条7的上表面7A从外圈2的内侧圆筒部2B的下端向下方离开,凸条7的外周面7C从弹簧座8向径向内侧离开,因此在轴承的旋转中,凸条7不会与其他部件接触,因此轴承的旋转扭矩不会增大。
另外,如实施方式1的密封型推力球轴承那样,在内侧弹性密封部件5的唇部5B压接于弹簧座8的径向内表面的压接面A、并且外侧弹性密封部件6的防尘唇6C压接于弹簧座8的上表面的压接面C的结构中,外圈2被密封为不会暴露于外部空气,因此不需要外圈2的防锈处理,所以能够减少制造成本。
以上对本发明进行了详细说明,但上述记载仅为示例,本发明不限定于此。应理解为能够在不脱离本发明的范围内进行各种改良以及变更。

Claims (4)

1.一种密封型推力球轴承,包含:
在轴向上对置的内圈及外圈;
多个滚珠,以能够转动的方式排列于所述内圈及所述外圈的对置面之间;以及
内侧弹性密封部件及外侧弹性密封部件,将所述内圈以及所述外圈的内周部相互之间以及外周部相互之间密封,并通过将弹性体覆盖于所述内圈而与所述内圈一体化,
所述密封型推力球轴承将所述外圈组装于配置在所述外圈下侧的下侧部件上使用,其特征在于:
所述内侧弹性密封部件具备与所述内圈的内侧圆筒部的端部相连的内侧圆筒状基部,并且,在所述内侧圆筒状基部的外周面,具备比所述外圈的内侧圆筒部的下端内周更向径向外侧延伸的凸条,
所述外侧弹性密封部件具备以压接于所述外圈的径向外表面的压接面的方式向径向内侧延伸的唇部,
在所述内圈、所述外圈以及所述下侧部件的组装结束时,所述内侧弹性密封部件的凸条的上表面从所述外圈的内侧圆筒部的下端向下方离开,所述凸条的外周面从所述下侧部件向径向内侧离开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封型推力球轴承,
所述外侧弹性密封部件还具备以压接于所述下侧部件的上表面的压接面的方式向下方延伸的防尘唇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封型推力球轴承,
所述内侧弹性密封部件在所述内侧圆筒状基部的下方还具备压接于所述下侧部件的径向内表面的压接面的唇部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的密封型推力球轴承,
所述外侧弹性密封部件在向所述径向内侧延伸的唇部的上方具备与所述内圈的外侧圆筒部的端部相连的外侧圆筒状基部,
使所述外圈的径向外表面的压接面倾斜,以便在轴向上将所述内圈以及所述外圈接近地组装时,所述外侧弹性密封部件的向所述径向内侧延伸的唇部在组装方向或者与组装方向相反的方向弹性变形之后,在组装结束时向与所述弹性变形的方向相反的方向反转地弹性变形;在组装结束时使所述外侧弹性密封部件的向所述径向内侧延伸的唇部的弹性变形的恢复力作用于所述倾斜的压接面。
