Abstract
【解決手段】積層板19の製造方法は、一対の板状部材3,4を縦壁部2bを介して積層した熱可塑性樹脂製の積層素材1を、当該積層素材1の周縁部1aが露出するように支持部材9で支持し、前記周縁部1aに熱風を吹き付けて当該周縁部1aを加熱軟化させる第1の工程と、前記加熱軟化させた周縁部1aに抜き型17の切断刃17aを押し当てて前記一対の板状部材3,4の一方の板状部材4を他方の板状部材3に向けて押圧し、前記一対の板状部材3,4同士を接触させて溶着するとともに、前記積層素材1から積層板19を型抜きする第2の工程と、を有している。

Description
まず、図3および図4に示すように、不織布5をカバーシート4の表面4aに貼り合わせた被覆材付積層素材1dを加熱装置6に載置する。具体的には、被覆材付積層素材1dを、その周縁部1aが積層素材被覆ユニット7に形成された熱風吹出溝7a側に突出するように固定断熱材11上に載置した状態で、可動断熱材10を下降させて、当該被覆材付積層素材1dを固定断熱材11と可動断熱材10とで挟持する。
次に、周縁部1aが加熱軟化された被覆材付積層素材1dを移動させて受け台18の上に載置させる。本実施形態では、被覆材付積層素材1dは、不織布5を上にした状態で受け台18に載置されている。さらに、被覆材付積層素材1dは、その周縁部1aを抜き型17の切断刃17aで切断できるように位置決めされた状態で受け台に載置される。なお、この被覆材付積層素材1dの位置決めは、例えば動作を記憶させたロボットアームの吸盤に吸着させた被覆材付積層素材1dを受け台18の所定位置に載置する等様々な方法で行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 一対の板状部材を縦壁を介して積層した熱可塑性樹脂製の積層素材を、当該積層素材の周縁部が露出するように支持部材で支持し、前記周縁部に熱風を吹き付けて当該周縁部を加熱軟化させる第1の工程と、
前記加熱軟化させた周縁部に抜き型の切断刃を押し当てて前記一対の板状部材の一方の板状部材を他方の板状部材に向けて押圧し、前記一対の板状部材同士を接触させて溶着するとともに、前記積層素材から積層板を型抜きする第2の工程と、
を有することを特徴とする積層板の端末処理方法。 - 前記支持部材は、断熱材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層板の端末処理方法。
- 前記積層素材の外面に被覆材を貼り合わせていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層板の端末処理方法。
- 縦壁部と当該縦壁部を介して積層した一対の板部とを有する熱可塑性樹脂製の本体部を備える積層板であって、
前記一対の板部のうち一方の板部の端部は、他方の板部の端部に向かって湾曲形成されて当該他方の板部に溶着されていることを特徴とする積層板。 - 前記本体部の外面を被覆する被覆部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の積層板。
