Abstract
Description
[式中、Rは、それぞれ独立して炭素数1〜10の炭化水素基である]で表わされる化合物が0.01〜10質量%添加されていることを特徴とする。
a)基油:動粘度(40℃)が20mm2/s、粘度指数が105、流動点が−15℃のパラフィン系鉱油。
b)水:精製水
c)添加剤:
i)抗菌剤A:4,4−ジメチル−オキサゾリジン
抗菌剤B:モルホリン誘導体[ニトロブチルモルホリン]
抗菌剤C:トリアジン系化合物
ii)アルカリ維持剤:トリエタノールアミン
iii)乳化剤:Caスルフォネート系ほか
iv)摩耗防止剤:ZnDTP
v)腐食防止剤:チアジアゾール
100mlのガラス製密閉容器に試料を50ml入れ、80℃で6日間静置した。次に、静置後の試料中の抗菌剤残存率を液体クロマトグラフィー法にて定量した。
試験a)の80℃,6日間静置した試料にバクテリア(シュードモナス,106個/ml)を10ml接種し,38℃で1日静置した。静置後の試料を簡易バクテリア定量キット(バイオチェッカー)に塗布し、38℃で2日間静置し、バクテリアの定量を行い、抗菌性の有無を評価した。
内径6mm、長さ200mmの純銅製細管に、流量20L/min、油温60℃で、試料を500hr循環させ、試験前後の重量変化より、単位面積当りの銅腐食量を測定した。

Claims (4)
- 更に、前記水に対しトリエタノールアミンを0.2〜7質量%添加したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のW/Oエマルション型難燃性油圧作動油。
- 前記基油は、40℃での動粘度が10〜100mm2/sであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のW/Oエマルション型難燃性油圧作動油。
- 前記水が5〜60容積%分散していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のW/Oエマルション型難燃性油圧作動油。
