Abstract
【解決手段】 機関のアイドル運転状態にあり、パワーステアリングが作動しておらず、かつ所定実行条件が成立するときは、空調装置のクラッチをオフするとともに、交流発電機43を低電圧モードに変更する(S14,S15)。そして、所定気筒の燃料噴射態様を変更し、検出される実着火時期CAFMに基づいて、使用中の燃料のセタン価CETを推定する(S16〜S19)。

Description
図1及び図2は本発明の一実施形態にかかる内燃機関と、その制御装置の構成を示す図である。以下両図を合わせて参照して説明する。内燃機関(以下「エンジン」という)1は、シリンダ内に燃料を直接噴射するディーゼルエンジンであり、各気筒に燃料噴射弁6が設けられている。エンジン1においては、噴射された燃料は、混合気を圧縮することにより着火される。燃料噴射弁6は、電子制御ユニット(以下「ECU」という)4に電気的に接続されており、燃料噴射弁6の開弁時期及び開弁時間は、ECU4により制御される。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射し、噴射した燃料の燃焼状態に基づいて前記燃料の燃料性状を推定する燃料性状推定手段を備える内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記機関のアイドル状態で前記燃料性状推定手段による燃料性状の推定を実行するときは、前記機関により駆動される補機及び空調装置のうち少なくとも1つにより前記機関に加わる負荷を低減させる負荷低減手段を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料性状推定手段は、前記噴射した燃料の着火時期を検出する着火時期検出手段を含み、検出された着火時期に基づいて前記燃料性状の推定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記燃料性状推定手段は、前記機関のアイドル状態で、前記燃料性状の推定を実行することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記機関に加わる負荷が所定負荷より大きいときは、前記燃料性状推定手段の作動を禁止する禁止手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
