Abstract
【解決手段】空気清浄フィルター2に流入する室内空気のフィルターへの風流入角度θ1が70゜以下であり、且つ空気清浄フィルターの通風孔を、空気清浄フィルターに流入する室内空気の流入方向に20〜70゜(フィルター通風孔の傾斜角度θ2)傾斜させることを特徴とする。

Description
図4を除く図1乃至図9は実施の形態1を示す図で、図1は空気調和機50の断面図、図2は空気調和機50の正面図、図3は空気清浄フィルター2の断面図(側面視)、図5はフィルターへの風流入角度θ1が30゜、空気調和機50の全体風量が16.9m3/minにおけるフィルター通風孔の傾斜角度θ2と空気調和機50の消費電力増加分との関係図、図6は空気清浄フィルター2の風不通部30の断面図、図7は同一フィルター容積において、フィルター通風孔の傾斜角度θ2=45゜とした時のフィルター上部10及びフィルター下部9の傾斜角度と空気清浄能力の関係図、図8は空気清浄フィルター保持枠3の断面図、図9は空気清浄フィルター2の通風孔8の拡大正面図である。図4は比較のために示す従来の空気清浄フィルター20の断面図(側面視)である。
空気清浄フィルター2は、空気清浄フィルター2を上流から下流方向に通過する空気を清浄化する役割を担っている。
Claims (6)
- 室内空気の調和を行う熱交換器と、この熱交換器の上流側に設けられ、複数の通風孔を連結して構成されるハニカム構造の空気清浄フィルターとを有する空気調和機において、
前記空気清浄フィルターに流入する前記室内空気の流入角度が鋭角であり、且つ前記空気清浄フィルターの前記通風孔を、前記空気清浄フィルターに流入する前記室内空気の流入方向に傾斜させることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記空気清浄フィルターの、流入する前記室内空気に対向する両端部の少なくとも一方を前記通風孔と同様に傾斜させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和機。
- 前記空気清浄フィルターに流入する前記室内空気の流入角度が70゜以下であり、且つ前記空気清浄フィルターの前記通風孔を20〜70゜傾斜させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の空気調和機。
- 前記空気清浄フィルターに流入する前記室内空気の流入角度と、前記空気清浄フィルターの前記通風孔の傾斜角度との差が、20゜以内であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記空気清浄フィルターの前記通風孔の孔径を1平方インチあたり120〜300セルとしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記空気清浄フィルターを保持する空気清浄フィルター保持枠を備え、前記空気清浄フィルター保持枠の、流入する前記室内空気に対向する両端部の形状を、前記空気清浄フィルターの形状に合わせることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項5記載の空気調和機。
