Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも酸化還元色素と還元剤とバインダー樹脂と溶剤とを含むインキ組成物であって、還元剤として耐熱性を有する天然酸化防止剤の一種類と、アルコールアミン類或いは多価アルコール類の一種類を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする。

Description
を解消しようとする試みが種々なされている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。確かに、シーラント剤からなる層により色素の浸透を抑制する方法は有効ではある。しかし、例えば包装体を構成する包装材料の内面に設けられている酸素インジケーター部を覆うようにシーラント層を設けた場合、包装体の内面への酸化還元色素の溶出は抑えられるが、外側への酸化還元色素の溶出は抑えにくく、包装体を構成する包装材料が酸化アルミニウムの蒸着薄膜を設けてなる酸素バリアフィルムなどの場合では、酸素バリア処理面まで酸化還元色素が移行していき、そこで色素の一部が酸素の存在がないにも拘わらず還元型から酸化型へと変化して酸化色を呈してしまう、所謂色調異常を引き起こすことがある。
有する天然酸化防止剤の一種類と、アルコールアミン類或いは多価アルコール類の一種類を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする酸素インジケーターインキ組成物である。
数を組み合わせて用いればよい。

なお、還元剤a(ローズマリー抽出物)としては、三菱化学フーズ株式会社製のRM−21Aベースを使用した。

以上のようにして得られた各酸素インジケーターインキ組成物を室温にて保管し、その貯蔵安定性を観察した。結果を表1に示す。
以上のようにして得られた各酸素インジケーターインキ組成物を用いて、グラビア印刷機にて印刷テストを行った。印刷直後のサンプルを取り出し、インキ塗工部表面のタックや、印刷機のガイドロールへのインキ取られが無いかを確認した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1から3に係る包装体に対して121℃−30minのレトルト処理を行った後、室温にて保管して、酸素インジケーター部における色相の変化を観察した。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも酸化還元色素と還元剤とバインダー樹脂と溶剤とを含むインキ組成物であって、還元剤として耐熱性を有する天然酸化防止剤の一種類と、アルコールアミン類或いは多価アルコール類の一種類を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする酸素インジケーターインキ組成物。
- 前記天然酸化防止剤aと、前記アルコールアミン類或いは多価アルコール類bとの重量比が0.01≦b/a≦5.00であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素インジケーターインキ組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載の酸素インジケーターインキ組成物からなる酸素インジケーター部が支持体上に設けられていることを特徴とする酸素インジケーター。
- 請求項1または2記載の酸素インジケーターインキ組成物からなる酸素インジケーター部が酸素バリア性を有する支持体上の少なくとも一部に設けられていることを特徴とする酸素インジケーター機能を有する包装材料。
