Abstract
【解決手段】ターボチャージャのタービン上流の排気管とコンプレッサ下流の吸気管とを接続する高圧EGR通路と、タービン下流の排気管とコンプレッサ上流の吸気管とを接続する低圧EGR通路と、低圧EGR通路の接続箇所より上流の排気管に設けられた排気浄化触媒と、を備え、内燃機関の運転状態が低負荷状態から高負荷状態に移行する過渡状態の時(S303)、内燃機関において燃料の燃焼不良が検出され(S304)、排気浄化触媒の触媒床温が基準温度より低い場合(S305)、高圧EGRガス量を、内燃機関の運転状態に応じて定められる高圧EGRガスの既定量より増量する(S306)。吸気が過剰に低温になることが抑制され燃焼不良が抑制される。

Description
させる低圧EGR装置30が備えられている。低圧EGR装置30は、低圧EGR通路31、低圧EGR弁32、及び低圧EGRクーラ33を有して構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の吸気通路にコンプレッサを有し且つ内燃機関の排気通路にタービンを有するターボチャージャと、
前記タービンより上流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサより下流の吸気通路とを接続する高圧EGR通路を介して排気の一部を内燃機関に再循環させる高圧EGR装置と、
前記タービンより下流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサより上流の吸気通路とを接続する低圧EGR通路を介して排気の一部を内燃機関に再循環させる低圧EGR装置と、
前記高圧EGR装置によって再循環される高圧EGRガスの量及び前記低圧EGR装置によって再循環される低圧EGRガスの量が内燃機関の運転状態に応じたそれぞれの既定量となるように前記高圧EGR装置及び前記低圧EGR装置を制御するEGR制御手段と、
を備え、
前記EGR制御手段は、内燃機関が低負荷運転状態から高負荷運転状態へ移行する過渡状態である時に、高圧EGRガス量を前記高圧EGRガスの既定量より増加させることを特徴とする内燃機関のEGRシステム。 - 請求項1において、
前記内燃機関における燃料の燃焼状態を検出する燃焼状態検出手段を更に備え、
前記EGR制御手段は、内燃機関が低負荷運転状態から高負荷運転状態へ移行する過渡状態である時に、前記燃焼状態検出手段によって燃料の燃焼不良が検出される場合に、高圧EGRガス量を前記高圧EGRガスの既定量より増加させることを特徴とする内燃機関のEGRシステム。 - 請求項2において、
前記排気通路における前記低圧EGR通路の接続箇所より上流に設けられた排気浄化触媒の温度を推定又は検出する触媒温度検出手段を更に備え、
前記EGR制御手段は、内燃機関が低負荷運転状態から高負荷運転状態へ移行する過渡状態である時に、前記燃焼状態検出手段によって燃料の燃焼不良が検出され、且つ、前記触媒温度検出手段によって推定又検出される前記排気浄化触媒の温度が所定温度を下回っている場合に、高圧EGRガス量を前記高圧EGRガスの既定量より増加させることを特徴とする内燃機関のEGRシステム。
