Abstract

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも片面に裏打ちされる段ボールウェブ(50)を製造するための機械にして、
−紙ウェブ(43)に波型(44)を製造するための二つの溝付ローラ(2、3)と、
−波型を付けられた紙ウェブ(43)の波型(44)の先端部(45)に接着剤(49)を塗布するための接着剤塗布機器(13)と、
−押圧領域(48)に渡って溝付ローラ(3)の一方に対して置かれた波型を付けられた紙ウェブ(43)の、接着剤(49)を与えられた先端部(45)に対して合わせウェブ(46)を押圧するための押圧機器(16)と、
を備えて成り、
当該押圧機器(16)が、エンドレス押圧ベルト(19)を有し、当該押圧ベルトは、偏向ローラ(17)と円筒形テンションローラ(18)との上を案内され、且つ、押圧領域(48)の上で溝付ローラ(3)に押し付けられる機械において、
テンションローラ(18)がコア(32)と前記コアを取り囲む外側ジャケット(33)とから形成され、外側ジャケット(33)とコア(32)とは、共通長手方向中央部と外側端部とを有し、コア(32)と外側ジャケット(33)とは、それらの長手方向中央領域でだけ接続され、且つ、それらの外側端部のほうへ互いから環状空間(35、35’)によってそれぞれに分離されることを特徴とする機械。 - コア(32)と外側ジャケット(33)とは、リングランド部(34)によって互いと接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- コア(32)、外側ジャケット(33)及びリングランド部(34)が、互いと一体になるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機械。
- 環状空間(35、35’)が、環状の円筒形であるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- テンションローラ(18)の軸方向端部領域におけるそれぞれの環状空間(35、35’)に、外側ジャケット(33)からの間隙(41)の限界を定める支持部(38)が配置され、前記間隙の幅(a)には、0.3mm≦a≦1.0mmが当てはまることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 間隙(41)の幅(a)が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機械。
