Abstract
【解決手段】外輪23が内輪22に対して空転する空転状態と、外輪23が内輪22と同期回転するシフト状態とに切り替わる自動車用変速機のアイドラ部位に用いられる円すいころ軸受である。保持器25の中立状態では保持器25と外輪23とが非接触となってすきまが生じ、この中立状態から径方向の保持器25の移動により保持器25の一部が外輪23と接触する。ころ係数γが0.94を越える。保持器25のポケットの窓角を55°以上80°以下である。

Claims (2)
- 外輪が内輪に対して空転する空転状態と、外輪が内輪と同期回転するシフト状態とに切り替わる自動車用変速機のアイドラ部位に用いられる円すいころ軸受において、
保持器の中立状態では保持器と外輪とが非接触となってすきまが生じ、この中立状態から径方向の保持器の移動により保持器の一部が外輪と接触するとともに、ころ係数γが0.94を越え、かつ、保持器のポケットの窓角を55°以上80°以下にしたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 円すいころの表面にMoS2処理を施してなることを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
