Abstract
【解決手段】保持器11は、内径側に折曲げられた鍔部18a、18bを備える一対の環状部12a、12bと、ころを保持する複数のポケットを形成するように一対の環状部12a、12bを連結し、その中央部15が内径側に凹んだ複数の柱部14とを備え、研削加工を行わずに製造される。ここで、鍔部18a、18bの幅面18c、18dの表面粗さRaは、0.5μm以下である。

図13を参照して、保持器の幅面の表面粗さRaが0.5μm以下であると、幅面の摩耗量は、0.5μm以下となる。したがって、幅面の摩耗量を考慮すると、少なくとも、保持器の幅面の表面粗さRaを、0.5μm以下とすることが好ましい。
Claims (5)
- 内径側に折曲げられた鍔部を備える一対の環状部と、ころを保持する複数のポケットを形成するように一対の前記環状部を連結し、その中央部が内径側に凹んだ複数の柱部とを備え、幅面の研削加工を行わずに製造される保持器であって、
前記幅面の表面粗さRaは、0.5μm以下である、保持器。 - 表面粗さRaが0.5μm以下である金型を用いて幅面を押し、コイニング加工することにより製造される、請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 側部が軸方向に真直ぐな円筒状部材の両開口部側から、径方向に凹んだ凹部を有し、円筒状部材の軸方向に動く押し広げ金型を挿入して、円筒状部材を外径側に押し広げ、
押し広げられた前記円筒状部材の鍔部を、円筒状部材の軸方向に動く折曲げ金型によって、内径側に折曲げて製造される、請求項1または2に記載の保持器。 - 前記保持器は、トランスファプレスにより製造される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の保持器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保持器と、ころとを備える、転がり軸受。
