Claims (18)
- 少なくとも、構成部材(1)上に直接設けられた付着層(3)及び特に付着層(3)上に形成された断熱層(4)を備えた皮膜系を有する構成部材において、付着層(3)が、22〜36重量%のCr、15〜30重量%のNi、最大55ppmのAl及びベースとしてのFeを含むことを特徴とする皮膜系を有する構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がさらに1〜3重量%のSiを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がさらにCe、Y及びHfの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がクロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、鉄(Fe)及び選択的にアルミニウム(Al)からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がクロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、シリコン(Si)、鉄(Fe)及び選択的にアルミニウム(Al)からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がクロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、シリコン(Si)、残り鉄(Fe)、並びに選択的にアルミニウム(Al)、及びセリウム(Ce)、イットリウム(Y)、ハフニウム(Hf)の群の少なくとも1つの元素からなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)がクロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、残り鉄(Fe)、並びに選択的にアルミニウム(Al)、及びセリウム(Ce)、イットリウム(Y)、ハフニウム(Hf)の群の少なくとも1つの元素からなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)が25重量%のCr及び20重量%のNiを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)が30重量%のCr及び30重量%のNiを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)が、構成部材(1)と付着層(3)との間の内部拡散を最小限に抑える阻止層として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 付着層(3)が多層に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 構成部材上に設けられた付着層(3)の第1の層(5)が、第1の層(5)上に形成された少なくとも1つの別の層(6)に対する阻止層として働き、第1の層(5)が構成部材(1)と別の層(6)との間の内部拡散を最小限に抑えるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の構成部材。
- 断熱層(4)がセラミックスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 断熱層(4)がセラミックスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 構成部材が基板(2)、付着層(3)及び断熱層からなることを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の構成部材。
- セラミックスが酸化ジルコニウムをベースとすることを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 構成部材(1)がタービン(100)の部分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の構成部材。
- 構成部材(1)がタービン羽根(120、130)であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の構成部材。
