Abstract
【解決手段】 意匠面2aを構成する本体部2と、前記本体部の意匠裏面2bに突設した補強構造部3とを備え、それらを射出成形で一体成形してなる樹脂成形品(1)において、前記補強構造部3は、射出成形時の樹脂流動方向に適宜間隔を有し前記樹脂流動方向と交差する方向に配向された複数の横リブ7a、7b、7c、7dと、前記各横リブと直交して延在し前記各横リブを相互に連結する縦リブ6p、6qとの結合体で構成され、前記各横リブはそれぞれ前記意匠裏面に接続され、そのうち1つの横リブ7aに射出成形のゲート部8が設定される一方、前記縦リブは、前記意匠裏面から離間して配設されている。

Description
図6〜図8は、自動車のシフトレバー501に取付けられるシフトレバーノブガーニッシュを、従来の一般的な手法により成形したシフトレバーノブガーニッシュ51を示しており、図6(a)は、このシフトレバーノブガーニッシュ51を射出成形した際に意匠面に発生する典型的なウエルドラインWp、WqとフローマークMを示している。
前記補強構造部は、射出成形時の樹脂流動方向に適宜間隔を有し前記樹脂流動と交差する方向に配向された複数の横リブと、前記各横リブと直交して延在し前記各横リブを相互に連結する縦リブとの結合体で構成され、前記各横リブはそれぞれ前記意匠裏面に接続され、そのうち1つの横リブに射出成形のゲート部が設定される一方、前記縦リブは、前記意匠裏面から離間して配設されている。
図1(a)は、自動車のシフトレバーノブ101を示し、図において、シフトレバーノブ101には、該シフトレバーノブを部分的に被覆し、装飾体を構成する樹脂成形品のシフトレバーノブガーニッシュ1が取付けられている。シフトレバーノブガーニッシュ1は、図1(b)および図2〜図4に示すように、意匠面2aを構成する本体部2と、その意匠裏面2bに突設した補強構造部3とが、着色樹脂による射出成形で一体成形された樹脂成形品であり、本体部2および補強構造部3は、シフトレバーノブ101の曲面形状に沿って湾曲している。

Claims (5)
- 意匠面を構成する本体部と、前記本体部の意匠裏面に突設した補強構造部とを備え、それらを射出成形で一体成形してなる樹脂成形品において、
前記補強構造部は、射出成形時の樹脂流動方向に適宜間隔を有し前記樹脂流動と交差する方向に配向された複数の横リブと、前記各横リブと直交して延在し前記各横リブを相互に連結する縦リブとの結合体で構成され、前記各横リブはそれぞれ前記意匠裏面に接続され、そのうち1つの横リブに射出成形のゲート部が設定される一方、前記縦リブは、前記意匠裏面から離間して配設されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 前記ゲート部が設定された横リブの肉厚が前記他の横リブの肉厚よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記ゲート部が設定された横リブの、前記意匠裏面に接続する部分に、前記意匠裏面側に拡大したフィレット部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記縦リブの肉厚が前記本体部の肉厚よりも小さく、前記ゲート部が設定された横リブと、それに隣接する他の横リブとの間隔が、前記ゲート部が設定されていない任意の横リブ間の間隔以上に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記1つの横リブから前記本体部を経由して流入固化した樹脂と、前記1つの横リブから前記縦リブを経由して流入固化した樹脂との合流箇所が、前記補強構造部にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品。
