Abstract
【解決手段】管内面に螺旋状又は管軸に平行に延びる溝2が形成され、二酸化炭素を冷媒として使用する蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管である。管最大内径Dimaxが0.45mm≦Dimax≦4.30mm、管軸直交断面における前記溝2の根元ピッチP1が0.17mm≦P1≦0.33mm、管内面における管軸方向に平行な直線と前記溝が延びる方向とがなす角度θ1が2.0°≦θ1≦14.0°である。

Claims (6)
- 管内面に螺旋状又は管軸に平行に延びる溝が形成され、二酸化炭素を冷媒として使用する蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管において、管最大内径Dimaxが0.45mm≦Dimax≦4.30mm、管軸直交断面における前記溝の根元ピッチP1が0.17mm≦P1≦0.33mm、管内面における管軸方向に平行な直線と前記溝が延びる方向とがなす角度θ1が2.0°≦θ1≦14.0°であることを特徴とする蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
- 管軸直交断面における前記溝の深さh1が0.08mm≦h1≦0.14mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
- 管軸直交断面における前記溝の溝底幅WGが0.05mm≦WG≦0.17mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
- 管軸直交断面における前記溝間に形成されるフィンの山頂角FTAが、25°≦FTA≦50°であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
- 管軸直交断面における前記フィンの山頂部の先端半径FTRが、0.02mm≦FTR≦0.10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
- 管内面を通流する二酸化炭素冷媒は、0.5質量%以下の冷凍機油を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器用内面溝付伝熱管。
