Description
−これらパネルを、タンクの支持構造に固定し、
−結合されるべき領域に隣接する、適合されたパネル上に特定の接着剤テープを配置し、
−可撓性細片の傍らににじみが形成され、そしてこの接着剤テープを部分的に覆うような量の接着剤を用いて可撓性シートの細片を結合し、
−一旦、この接着剤が硬化したなら、この接着剤テープを取り除き、

- パネルの背面を形成する第1の剛直性の板(2)、該背面の板によって支えられる第1の断熱層(3)、該第1の断熱層を覆う不透過性被覆(4)、該不透過性被覆を部分的に覆う第2の断熱層(5)および該第2の断熱層を覆う第2の剛直性の板(6)を連続して備えるパネル(1)であって、該第2の断熱層によって覆われない該不透過性被覆の少なくとも一部を覆うフィルム(8)を備え、該フィルムが少なくとも1つの保護部分(9)、および該保護部分に隣接する少なくとも1つのにじみ部分(11)を備え、該保護部分および該にじみ部分が互いに独立して該不透過性被覆から離脱され得ることを特徴とする、パネル。
- 前記フィルムが、前記第2の断熱層によって覆われない前記不透過性被覆のすべてを覆うことで特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記保護部分が、前記パネルの1つのエッジに隣接していることで特徴付けられる、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 平面図において、矩形形状を有し、前記フィルムが、前記不透過性被覆の4つのエッジに隣接する4つの保護部分、および1つが該4つの保護部分の各々に隣接する4つのにじみ部分を有することで特徴付けられる、請求項3に記載のパネル。
- 前記保護部分および前記にじみ部分が、切り込み(12)を有する単一シートからなることで特徴付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記にじみ部分上に横たわる強化層を備えることで特徴付けられる、請求項5に記載のパネル。
- 前記保護部分および前記にじみ部分の各々が、異なる材料および/または異なる厚みの2つの異なるシートからなることで特徴付けられる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記不透過性被覆が、可撓性の金属シート、および該金属シートの各側面上にガラス繊維織物を含む層を含むことで特徴付けられる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記フィルムが、前記保護部分および前記にじみ部分とは独立に前記不透過性被覆から離脱され得る試験部分を有することで特徴付けられる請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- シールされ、そして断熱されたタンクを製造する方法であって:
該タンクの支持構造に、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のパネル(1)を固定する工程、
隣接するパネルから保護部分(9)を除去する工程、
第2のシール障壁の連続性を確実にするために、除去された該保護部分によって剥き出た領域(10)に、接着剤を用いて不透過性被覆の細片(13)を貼る工程、
該接着剤が硬化されるとき、該剥き出た領域に隣接するにじみ部分(11)を除去する工程、および
形成された接着剤にじみ(14)を試験し、そして該試験の強度に関する不透過性被覆の細片の結合を確認する工程を包含することで特徴付けられる、方法。 - 前記不透過性被膜の細片が、可撓性の金属シート、および該金属シートの各側面上にガラス繊維織物を備える層を備えることで特徴付けられる、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
