本発明の他の態様によれば、平板型プレートで設けられ、液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクの上側に配置された内部船体に形成された開口部の一定領域に配置されて、一側が前記内部船体と連結されるアダプタと;前記貯蔵タンクに設置されるポンプタワーのパイプに対応する貫通ホールを設け、前記アダプタの他側と前記内部船体との間に形成された前記開口部の残余領域に配置されるカバーと;を含む液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体が提供されることができる。
図3に示されたように、前述したカバー用断熱ボード30は、他の例として接着層34によって第2保護板33の下部に付着した調節用保護板36を含むことができる。これは、接着層34が硬化する前に調節用保護板36を利用した高低調節を行い、カバー用断熱ボード30と連結ボード80が同一平面上に配置されるようにするためである。
図4に示されたように、開口部Hの一定領域S1に一側が船尾側の内部船体2と連結されるアダプタ10を配置する。ここで、アダプタ10の一側と船尾側の内部船体2は、溶接によって接合されることができる。
Claims (18)
- 液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクの上側に配置された内部船体に形成された開口部の一定領域に配置され、前記内部船体と連結する第1連結部を有するアダプタと;
前記貯蔵タンクに設置されるポンプタワーのパイプに対応する貫通ホールを設け、前記開口部の残余領域に配置され、前記アダプタの残余領域側に位置する第2連結部と連結するカバーと;
前記内部船体の下部に設けられ、前記第1連結部の下部まで延びる下部断熱ボードと;
前記カバーの下部に設けられたカバー用断熱ボードと;
前記アダプタの前記第2連結部の下部に設けられ、前記下部断熱ボードと前記カバー用断熱ボードの間に配置された断熱層と;を含む液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。 - 前記アダプタは、平板型プレートで設けられ、前記第1連結部として設けられる前記アダプタの一側は、前記内部船体と連結され、前記カバーは、前記第2連結部として設けられる前記アダプタの他側と前記内部船体との間に形成された前記開口部の残余領域に配置される、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記アダプタは、前記カバーが接合されるカバー用ホール部を形成したフレーム形態で設けられ、前記第1連結部が外縁部により設けられ、前記第2連結部が前記カバー用ホール部の内縁部により設けられ、前記開口部の周辺部に固定設置される、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記内部船体と前記アダプタと前記カバーが同一平面上に配置される、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記カバー用断熱ボードは複数の断熱ブロックを含み、前記断熱ブロックは、第1保護板と、前記第1保護板の下部に設けられた断熱部材と、前記断熱部材下部に付着した第2保護板とを含む、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記第2保護板の下部には、接着層と、前記接着層によって前記第2保護板の下部に付着した調節用保護板が設けられる、請求項5に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記アダプタの下部に垂直方向に設置された垂直仕上げ部と、前記断熱層の一平面と同一の平面上に配置されるように前記垂直仕上げ部に固定設置される調節仕上げ部とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記調節仕上げ部は、断面形状が’L’字形状に設けられる、請求項7に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記下部断熱ボードの下部に設けられた主2次防壁と、前記調節仕上げ部にわたってオーバーラップされて接合される補助2次防壁と連結ボードが前記主2次防壁の下部の上部断熱ボードと同一平面上に配置されるように前記主2次防壁、前記補助2次防壁及び前記断熱層のうち少なくとも1つの下部に設けられた上記連結ボードとをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 同一平面上にある前記カバー用断熱ボード、前記連結ボード及び前記上部断熱ボードの下面に1次防壁が積層される、請求項9に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 前記アダプタ、前記内部船体及び前記カバーは、それぞれ互いに接触する部位が溶接によって接合される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法において、
(a)前記開口部の一定領域に前記アダプタを配置して前記アダプタの前記第1連結部を前記内部船体に連結し、前記内部船体の下部に前記下部断熱ボードを配置する段階と;
(b)下部に前記開口部の下側に形成されたカバー用断熱ボードを設けた前記カバーを前記開口部の残余領域に配置して前記アダプタの前記第2連結部に連結する段階と;
(c)前記下部断熱ボードと前記カバー用断熱ボードの間に前記断熱層を配置する段階と;を含む液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。 - 前記アダプタは、平板型プレートで設けられ、前記(a)段階は、前記第1連結部として設けられた前記アダプタの一側を前記内部船体に連結し、前記(b)段階は、前記カバーを、前記第2連結部として設けられた前記アダプタの他側と前記内部船体との間に形成された前記開口部の残余領域に配置し、前記カバーを前記アダプタの前記他側と前記内部船体に連結する、請求項12に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。
- 前記アダプタは、前記カバーが接合されるカバー用ホール部を形成したフレーム形態で設けられ、前記(a)段階は、前記第1連結部として設けられた前記アダプタの外縁部を前記開口部の周辺部に連結し、前記(b)段階は、前記カバーを、前記第2連結部として設けられた前記アダプタの内縁部の内側に設けられた残余領域に配置し、前記カバーを前記内縁部に連結する、請求項12に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。
- 前記(c)段階は、
前記アダプタの下部に垂直方向に垂直仕上げ部を溶接接合する段階と、
前記断熱層と同一平面上に配置されるように前記垂直仕上げ部に調節仕上げ部を固定する段階と、を含む、請求項12に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。 - 前記(c)段階は、
前記垂直仕上げ部に当接するように前記断熱層のうち第1断熱ブロックを前記アダプタ下部に付着する段階と、
前記第1断熱ブロックと前記下部断熱ボードまたは前記第1断熱ブロックと前記カバー用断熱ボードとの間に前記断熱層の第2断熱ブロックを配置する段階と、を含む、請求項15に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。 - 前記下部断熱ボードの下部に設けられた主2次防壁と前記調節仕上げ部にわたってオーバーラップされるように補助2次防壁とを接合する段階と、
前記主2次防壁の下部の上部断熱ボードと同一平面上に配置されるように前記主2次防壁、前記補助2次防壁及び前記断熱層のうち少なくとも1つの下部に連結ボードを配置する段階と、
同一平面上にある前記カバー用断熱ボード、前記連結ボード及び前記上部断熱ボードの下面に1次防壁を積層する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体を製作する方法。 - 平板型プレートで設けられ、液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクの上側に配置された内部船体に形成された開口部の一定領域に配置されて、一側が前記内部船体と連結されるアダプタと;
前記貯蔵タンクに設置されるポンプタワーのパイプに対応する貫通ホールを設け、前記アダプタの他側と前記内部船体との間に形成された前記開口部の残余領域に配置されるカバーと;を含む液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクのポンプタワー設置構造体。
