Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、内燃機関の燃焼室内に耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金からなる燃焼促進用誘導体を設けて、爆発行程時に発生する高温を燃焼促進用誘導体をして吸収するようにし、このような高熱吸収は燃焼促進用誘導体を常時予熱状態を維持するようにして焚付け(火花を発生する促進剤機能)作用をするようにする。その結果、排気行程の以後に再度流入する混合ガスの温度を急上昇させて熱膨張を伴った爆発力を増強させることにより、高出力が得られるようにする。

Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に流入する混合気を点火させるための点火プラグと、
前記点火プラグの上段部の一側を上部に突出するように形成して、その突出する部位にイリジウム(Ir)の材質からなる接地電極を上部に突出するように設置し、前記接地電極と所定間隙が維持できるように点火プラグの中心部から前記接地電極側に傾斜するように中心電極を設置してスパークが発生できるようにした電極部と、
前記電極部に隣接するように点火プラグの一端に設けられて、前記電極部の上部に所定間隔をなすように形成した水平部と前記水平部から折曲形成されて前記点火プラグの一端に固定される垂直部とからなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる燃焼促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 前記燃焼促進用誘導体には予熱された熱が点火プラグに吸収されないように、前記垂直部に三角形状からなる予熱遮断孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 前記燃焼促進用誘導体には点火プラグの点火と共に予熱され、かつ、順次に内燃機関の燃焼室の内部に流入する燃料流入量と比例して予熱できるように、前記水平部に長手方向に長く予熱促進用の孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃焼促進用装置。
- 前記中心電極は60゜〜80゜範囲の傾斜角をなすように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃焼促進用装置。
- 前記超耐熱合金は、ニッケル綱、クロム鋼、ニッケル−クロム鋼、白金(Pt)鋼、イリジウム(Ir)鋼、オスミウム(Os)鋼のうち、いうれか1つからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃焼促進用装置。
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に流入する混合気を点火させるための点火プラグと、
前記点火プラグの中心部に垂直するように設けられ、上段は両側に突出する水平棒を有する中心電極を備え、前記水平棒の両端と所定間隙が維持できるように点火プラグの上段部の両側を上部に突出するように形成して、その突出形成される部位にイリジウム(Ir)の材質からなる接地電極を上部に突出するように設けて、点火プラグの両側からスパークが発生できるようにした電極部と、
前記電極部に隣接するように点火プラグの一端に設けられて、前記電極部の上部に所定間隔をなすように形成した水平部と前記水平部から折曲形成されて前記点火プラグの一端に固定された垂直部からなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる燃焼促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に流入する燃料を予熱させるためのグロープラグと、
前記グロープラグの端部に延びるように設けられて、一側面が閉鎖された円筒形状をなすように形成すると共に、外周面には多数個の微細孔が形成された胴体と前記胴体の内部に形成された支持バーからなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる予熱促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を流入させるためのノズルと、
前記ノズルの端部に所定間隔をなすように設けられて支持部により連結されたリング形状の胴体からなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる予熱促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射させるためのインジェクタと、
前記インジェクタの端部に設けられる円板形状の胴体と前記胴体の外側面に形成した溝部からなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる予熱促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に流入する混合気を圧縮させるためのピストンと、
前記ピストンの上面に所定間隔をなすように設けられたリング形状の胴体と前記胴体の外周面から下部に突出形成されて、前記シリンダの上面に固定される支持脚からなる耐熱性と熱伝導性が優れる超耐熱合金の材質からなる燃焼促進用誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
- 前記胴体は表面に微細孔が形成された円板形状からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の内燃機関の燃焼促進装置。
