Abstract
Description
又、本発明は、新しく有用なモバイルのテレビ受信装置を提供することを目的とする。
それぞれのRF信号を受信する一若しくは複数の入力ステージと、
低IF復調を行う第1信号処理経路と、
I/Q復調を行う第2信号処理経路と、
一若しくは複数の入力ステージを、第1信号処理経路若しくは第2信号処理経路に選択的に接続する制御装置と、及び
第1信号処理経路及び第2信号処理経路に接続された出力手段と、を有し、
上記制御装置は、上記出力手段が、一若しくは複数のRF信号からIF復調若しくはI/Q復調により得られた信号を出力するか否かを決定する。
まず、図4を参照して、本発明の実施態様のRF信号デコーダ集積回路200が示されている。上記集積回路は、図2又は図3に示される、符号13、113の形態が可能なディジタルベースバンド復調器処理装置(不図示)と組み合わせて用いられる。集積回路200、及びベースバンド復調器は、モバイルのデバイスにおいて提供され、また一つ若しくは複数のアンテナを備える。
Claims (22)
- モバイルのテレビ受信機にて使用される集積回路において、
それぞれのRF信号を受信する一若しくは複数の入力ステージと、
低IF復調を行う第1信号処理経路と、
I/Q復調を行う第2信号処理経路と、
上記一若しくは複数の入力ステージを上記第1信号処理経路又は上記第2信号処理経路に選択的に接続する制御装置と、
上記第1及び第2の信号処理経路に接続される出力手段と、を備え、
上記制御装置は、IF復調又はI/Q復調により、一若しくは複数のRF信号から得られた信号を上記出力手段が出力するかどうかを決定する、集積回路。 - 上記一若しくは複数の入力ステージは、受信される、モバイルのテレビ信号ではない、及び/又はモバイルのテレビ受信機デバイスによって生成された周波数を除去するフィルタをそれぞれ含んでいる、請求項1記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、当該集積回路の少なくとも一つのセクションを、該セクションの電力消費量を減少するために無効にするように作用する、請求項1又は2記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、上記第1又は第2の処理経路を選択的に無効にするように作用する、請求項3記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、上記一若しくは複数の入力ステージを無効にするように作用する、請求項3又は4記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、上記セクションに接続されるピンをグランド電圧に設定することで上記セクションを無効にする、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、上記セクションを無効にするとともに、電力を上記セクションに供給する回路をオフにする、請求項6記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、クロック信号に基づいて、RF信号内のタイミングに従い上記集積回路の少なくとも一つのセクションをオン又はオフとするように作用する、請求項3から7のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 上記制御装置は、高電力消費量の第1動作状態と、低電力消費量の第2動作状態との間で選択的に上記集積回路の少なくとも一つの他の部品の動作を修正するように作用する、請求項3から7のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 少なくとも2つの自動ゲイン制御回路と、上記入力ステージのゲインを制御するように作用する第1広帯域自動ゲイン制御回路と、及び、上記出力手段の出力の幅を制御するように作用する第2狭帯域自動ゲイン制御回路とを備えた、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 位相同期ループ装置と、水晶発振器と、上記集積回路外の上記水晶発振器を使用し生じた発振信号を伝送する発振信号伝送手段とをさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 位相同期ループ装置と、上記位相同期ループ装置を駆動するため入力される水晶発振器信号を受信する発振信号受信手段とをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 位相同期ループ装置と、水晶発振器と、上記位相同期ループ装置を駆動するため入力される水晶発振器信号を受信する発振信号受信手段と、上記集積回路外の上記水晶発振器を使用し生じた発振信号を伝送する発振信号伝送手段と、上記位相同期ループ装置が入力される水晶発振器信号に基づいて駆動されるかどうかを選択する手段とをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 上記水晶発振器は、1〜60MHzの範囲の信号を生成する、請求項11又は13に記載の集積回路。
- 上記水晶発振器は、少なくとも16MHzの信号を生成する、請求項14記載の集積回路。
- 上記入力ステージは、それぞれ、可変アンプ、及び/又は、位相及び時間遅延変更装置を備えた、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の集積回路。
- 請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の集積回路と、
一若しくは複数のRF信号を生成しそれらを上記集積回路の入力ステージのそれぞれに伝送する一若しくは複数のアンテナと、
上記集積回路の出力手段の出力を受信しテレビ信号を生成するためにベースバンド処理を行うベースバンド処理装置と、及び
上記テレビ信号を受信しテレビ画像を生成するためにそれらを使用するスクリーンと、
を備えた、モバイルのテレビ受信機。 - それぞれのRF信号を生成し、それぞれの入力ステージへそれらを伝送する複数のアンテナを有する、請求項17記載のテレビ受信機。
- 少なくとも一つのアンテナからのRF信号を多数の成分へ分配する手段を含み、ここで上記成分はそれぞれの周波数範囲であり、及び
上記入力ステージのそれぞれに上記成分を伝送する手段をさらに含む、請求項17記載のテレビ受信機。 - 少なくとも一つのアンテナは、異なる偏波を有する無線信号を受信する少なくとも二つの部分を含み、それは、上記受信した無線信号を異なるそれぞれの入力ステージへ伝送する手段を含む、請求項17記載のテレビ受信機。
- 少なくとも一つの伝送周波数のRF信号を生成し伝送する手段をさらに備え、受信装置は、上記アンテナにて受信されるRF信号から伝送周波数を取り除くフィルタ手段を含む、請求項17から20のいずれかに記載のテレビ受信機。
- 上記フィルタ手段は、入力ステージのそれぞれにおける集積回路内に少なくとも一つのフィルタを含む、請求項21記載のテレビ受信機。
