Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 共通の固定ガントリフレームと、
複数の選択的な断面サイズの1つの、放射線透過性ボアと、
前記固定ガントリに取り付けられた複数の共通の軸受部材と、
該軸受部材上に回転可能に支持された共通の環状軸受軌道輪と、
該環状軸受軌道輪を回転するための少なくとも1つの共通のモータモジュールと、
任意の複数のボアサイズを備えるCTスキャナを製造するために、前記共通の軸受部材と前記軸受軌道輪とが用いられるよう、前記軸受軌道輪から半径方向に内向きの任意の複数の選択的距離でX線源と放射線検出器とを取り付けるための手段とを含む、
CTスキャナ半組立体。 - 前記軌道輪は、三角形及び長方形の横断面の1つを有する、請求項1に記載のスキャナ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの共通のモータモジュールは、リニア誘導モータモジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のスキャナ。
- 前記軸受軌道輪をより高速に加速するために複数のモータモジュールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のスキャナ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのモータモジュールは、前記軌道輪内に埋設される、請求項1に記載のスキャナ。
- 前記軌道輪について配置された共通の電力スリップリング組立体をさらに含み、該共通の電力スリップリング組立体は、少なくとも1つのモータに少なくとも電力供給し、各スリップリング組立体は、
前記軌道輪に配置された環状電力スリップリング区画と、
前記固定フレームに取り付けられた少なくとも2つのブラシホルダとを少なくとも含む、
請求項1に記載のスキャナ。 - 各ホルダ内に固定された複数の繊維ワイヤブラシをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のスキャナ。
- 複数の電力スリップリング組立体をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のスキャナ。

請求項1に記載のスキャナ。 - 前記エミッタからの光線を受光し且つ該受光した光線を共通の焦点に集束する少なくとも1つの楕円形レンズをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のスキャナ。
- 前記共通の空気軸受軌道輪は四分円に分割され、
各関連する四分円内に配置される1つのレンズをさらに含むことで、前記軸受軌道輪が回転するとき、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードが、各四分円内の前記1つのレンズの下に配置される、
請求項10に記載のスキャナ。 - 前記軌道輪上に配置された複数のタイミング素子と、
該タイミング素子の位置を読み取るために、前記固定ガントリ上に配置された読出しスキャナとをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のスキャナ。 - CTスキャナのための共通の半組立体を製造するステップと、
適切な直径のボアを選択するステップと、
前記選択された直径の前記ボアを前記共通の半組立体に取り付けるステップと、
X線管と放射線検出器の配列とを前記共通の半組立体に取り付けるステップとを含む、
CTスキャナを製造する方法。 - モータモジュールの種類を選択するステップと、
複数のモータモジュールを前記共通の半組立体に取り付けるステップとをさらに含む、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記選択されたボア直径に基づいて、前記X線管及び前記検出器配列が可能な限り相互に並びに前記ボアに近接して取り付けられるよう、前記X線管及び前記検出器を取り付けるステップをさらに含む、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記選択されたボア直径に基づいて、前記X線管のサイズ及び前記検出器配列の長さを選択するステップと、
前記X線管と前記検出器配列との間の取付距離を選択するステップとをさらに含む、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記共通の半組立体は、
共通の固定ガントリフレームと、
該固定ガントリに取り付けられた複数の共通の軸受部材と、
該軸受部材上に回転可能に取り付けられた共通の環状軸受軌道輪と、
該環状軸受軌道輪を回転するための少なくとも1つの共通のモータモジュールと、
前記X線源と前記放射線検出器の配列とを任意の複数の選択的距離に配置するための手段とを含む、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 適合可能な標準化されたモジュール方式の撮像システムであって、
標準的な固定ガントリフレームと、
複数の特定の直径の1つを備える放射線透過性ボアと、
前記固定ガントリに取り付けられた複数の標準的な軸受部材と、
該軸受部材上に回転可能に支持された標準的な環状軸受軌道輪と、
該軌道輪について配置された多様な標準的なモジュールと、
任意の前記複数のボア直径を用いてCTスキャナを製造するために、前記標準的な軸受部材及び前記標準的な軸受軌道輪が用いられるよう、X線源及び放射線検出器を前記軸受軌道輪から半径方向に内向きの任意の複数の選択可能な距離に取り付けるための手段とを含み、
各モジュールは、モジュール方式で追加可能であり、
前記多用性は、
前記環状軸受軌道輪を回転するための標準的なモータモジュール、
電力を当該撮像システムの回転部分に供給するための標準的な電力スリップリングモジュール、及び、
データを当該撮像システムの前記回転部分に送信し且つ前記データをそこから受信するための標準的な情報送信スリップリングモジュールの1つ又はそれより多くを含む、
撮像システム。
