Claims (15)
- 目標とするメルトフローインデックスおよびメルトフローレートを有するポリオレフィンを製造する方法であって、当該方法が:
第一触媒成分および第二触媒成分を含む二成分触媒系を含有した単一の反応器内において一つまたはそれ以上のオレフィンモノマーを接触させるステップであって、前記各触媒成分が触媒生産性および連鎖移動剤応答性により特徴付けられ;上記単一の反応器が連鎖移動剤の濃度および温度により特徴付けられ;上記第二触媒成分の生産性が上記第一触媒成分の場合とは実質的に異なる温度依存性を有しており;前記第二触媒成分の連鎖移動剤応答性が前記第一触媒成分の場合とは実質的に異なる感応性を有する、単一の反応器内において一つまたはそれ以上のオレフィンモノマーを接触させるステップ;
メルトインデックスI2およびメルトフロー比I10/I2により特徴付けられるオレフィンポリマーを生成すべく、上記オレフィンモノマーの重合を果たすステップ;
上記メルトフロー比が該目標とする値にほぼ等しくなるように上記反応器の温度を調節するステップ;および
上記メルトインデックスが該目標とする値にほぼ等しくなるように前記反応器内の該連鎖移動剤濃度を調節するステップ;
を含む、ポリオレフィンの製造方法。 - 上記連鎖移動剤が水素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記連鎖移動剤が水または二酸化炭素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記第一触媒成分が該ポリマーの高分子量(HMW)フラクションをもたらし、上記第二触媒成分が該ポリマーの低分子量(LMW)フラクションをもたらす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記第一触媒成分と上記第二触媒成分との重量比が、該重合プロセスの間、実質的に同じままである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該全重合プロセス中、上記第一触媒成分または上記第二触媒成分のどちらも、補給触媒が導入されない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記温度の調節が水素濃度の調節の前に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記第一触媒成分の生産性が70℃から90℃までの温度範囲にわたって実質的に同じままである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記第一触媒成分の生産性が70℃から90℃までの温度範囲にわたって10パーセントを超えて増大しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記二つの触媒成分の水素応答性における相違が少なくとも1の水素応答性差分比ΔHにより特徴付けられ、該ΔHが以下の通りに定義される:
- ΔHが少なくとも5である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 上記二成分触媒系が一つのチーグラーナッタ触媒および一つの単一部位触媒を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
