Claims (33)
- フレキシブルな複合布材を具備してなるレドームであって、前記複合布材は、フレキシブルな樹脂マトリックス材中にポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維を含むことを特徴とするレドーム。
- 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は織られて布となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は編まれて布となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記フレキシブルな樹脂マトリックスはポリウレタン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対して接合された外皮をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記外皮はポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレドーム。
- 前記外皮はフッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレドーム。
- 前記外皮はペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂(PFA)からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は数百フィートの長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は糸を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記糸は織られていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のレドーム。
- 前記糸は編まれていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のレドーム。
- 前記フレキシブルな複合布材は1層からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記フレキシブルな複合布材は一つ以上の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 前記布は多軸状のものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレドーム。
- 前記布は多軸状のものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレドーム。
- フレキシブルな複合材を具備してなるレドームであって、前記複合材は、フレキシブルな樹脂マトリックス中に、織られたポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維を含むことを特徴とするレドーム。
- フレキシブルな複合材を具備してなるレドームであって、前記複合材は、フレキシブルな樹脂マトリックス中に、編まれたポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維を含むことを特徴とするレドーム。
- レドームを製造するための方法であって、
ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維をフレキシブルな樹脂マトリックス材と組み合わせて、フレキシブルな複合布材を形成することを具備することを特徴とするレドーム製造方法。 - 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は織られて布となっていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル‐ポリアリレート繊維は編まれて布となっていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブルな樹脂マトリックス材はポリウレタン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対して外皮を接合することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮はポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)からなることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮はフッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)からなることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮はペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂(PFA)からなることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮は前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対して化学的エッチングによって接合されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮は前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対して、接着剤接合と組み合わされたコロナ処理によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮は前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対してラミネーションによって接合されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外皮は前記フレキシブルな複合布材に対して融解処理によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- フレキシブルな複合布材の層を形成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記布は多軸状のものであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記布は多軸状のものであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
