Claims (6)
- 20%(w/w)以下の量のスラグ特にファーニススラグ、5ないし75% (w/w)の量の、ファーニススラグとは異なる珪酸アルミニウム、好ましくは煙道灰分および天然珪酸アルミニウム、好ましくはバソルト、粘土、泥灰岩、安山岩あるいはゼオライト、および0.7ないし4% (w/w)の、(Na2O + 0.658 K2O) (ASTM C 150)として定義されるNa2O当量に相当する量のアルカリ活性化剤が存在することを特徴とする、スラグおよび珪酸アルミニウムを含むアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤。
- 水酸化アルカリ、珪酸アルカリ、炭酸アルカリ及び(又は)Na及び(又は)Kの硫酸塩がアルカリ活性化剤として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤。
- 混合物が、石灰石及び(又は)石英を、その混合物のAl2O3含量が5%(w/w)以下となる条件で付加的に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤。
- 水/セメント比を減少させるために、可塑化剤及び(又は)スーパー液化剤を乾燥物質に対して0.1ないし1% (w/w)の量で添加することを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載のアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤。
- 0.1ないし5% (w/w)の量のポルトランドセメントクリンカーを凝結促進剤として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤。
- 混合物を50℃より低い温度、好ましくは40ないし50℃の間で3時間、好ましくは4ないし6時間にわたって熱処理することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリ活性化水硬性結合剤の製造方法。
