Abstract
En el caso de un aglomerante hidráulico activado por álcali constituido de escorias y silicatos de aluminio, está presente en la mezcla como componentes esenciales escoria, particularmente escoria de alto horno, en cantidades de > o = 20% en peso, silicatos de aluminio diferentes a la escoria de alto horno, como ser por ejempo ceniza volátil y silicatos de aluminio naturales, como ser por ejemplo basalto, arcillas, marga, andesita o zeolita, en cantidades de 5% en peso hasta 75% en peso, y un activador alcalino en una cantidad que corresponde a un equivalente de Na2O definido como (Na2O + 0,658 K2O) (ASTM C 150) entre 0,7% en peso y 4% en peso, en cada caso referido a la mezcla total. Reivindicacion 6: Procedimiento para producir aglomerante hidráulico activado por álcali segun una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la mezcla es tratada térmicamente a temperaturas por debajo de 50 degree C, preferentemente entre 40 degree C y 50 degree C, durante más de 3 horas, preferentemente 4 a 6 horas.
