Claims (5)
- クーラントによって冷却される内燃機関(2、38)用のクーラント回路(1、35、37)であって、該クーラント回路(1、35、37)はラジエータ(7、52)を含み、該ラジエータ(7、52)にはバイパスライン(8、49)が付属し、ラジエータライン(6、48)と該バイパスライン(8、49)との間のクーラントの分岐をサーモスタット弁(5、5’、5”)によって温度に応じて制御することができ、該サーモスタット弁(5、5’、5”)は、該ラジエータライン(6、48)への接続開口(18)と、該バイパスライン(8、49)への接続口(バイパス開口22)と、内燃機関の供給ライン(9、42)又は流出ライン(4、45、46)への別の接続開口(19)と、混合チャンバ(17、47)から加熱回路(10、53)に至る接続ラインで、膨張要素(25)に対する温度調節流れを発生させるための接続ライン用の接続開口(23)とを備えており、さらに、該加熱回路は、該加熱回路(10、53)におけるクーラントの流れを制御する加熱弁(14、57)を有しており、該サーモスタット弁(5、5’、5”)は、該混合チャンバ(17、47)内に配置されるサーモスタット作動要素(24)を有しており、該サーモスタット作動要素(24)は、該ラジエータライン(6、48)への流れの接続を制御する主弁ディスク(31、50)と、該バイパスライン(8、49)への流れの接続を制御する短絡回路弁のディスク(28、51)とを備えているクーラント回路(1、35、37)において、
該加熱弁(14、57)が開いた時にクーラントが該混合チャンバ(17、47)を通って流れるように、該加熱回路(10、53)が、加熱用熱交換器(12、55)に至る前部流れライン(11、54)又は該加熱用熱交換器(12、55)の流出側の戻りライン(13、56)によって、該サーモスタット弁(5、5’、5”)の混合チャンバ(17、47)に接続されることを特徴とするクーラント回路。 - 前記接続ラインが前記前部流れライン(11、54)又は戻りライン(13、56)の一部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクーラントによって冷却される内燃機関用のクーラント回路。
- 前記サーモスタット弁(5)から分岐する前部流れライン(11)を備えた加熱回路の場合に、内燃機関(2)から分岐しかつ該前部流れラインに直接繋がる別の付加的ライン(58)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクーラントによって冷却される内燃機関用のクーラント回路。
- 2つのシリンダ列(39、40)を有する内燃機関(38)の場合に、該2つのシリンダ列(39、40)が、クーラント用の1つの共通の供給ライン(42)と、分離された流出ライン(45、46)とを備えており、さらに、該流出ライン(45、46)は前記サーモスタット弁(5”)の混合チャンバ(47)に接続され、かつ、前記加熱回路(53)は、前記前部流れライン(54)によって1つのシリンダ列(40)に接続され、一方、前記戻りライン(56)は前記ラジエータ(52)流出側の該供給ライン(42)に繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用のクーラント回路。
- 内燃機関(2、38)が高温運転状態にある時は、前記加熱回路(10、53)を、前記加熱弁(14、57)を制御することによって遮断することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用のクーラント回路。
