Abstract
Description
前記出口通路の水力直径が、0.9mmから1.4mm、好ましくは0.95mmよりも大きいこと、
入口通路の全体容積の、出口通路の全体容積に対する比率が、1.15から4、好ましくは1.35よりも大きく、かつ/または3未満であり、
濾過面積が、前記濾過ユニットのリットル当たり0.825m2から1.4m2であり、
前記起伏の非対称の比率が20%未満であることを特徴とする濾過ユニットに関する。
前記出口通路は、前記濾過ユニットの長さ全体にわたって一定面積の断面を有し、
前記入口通路と出口通路は、真っ直ぐで並行であり、
前記入口通路と出口通路は、いずれの入口通路によっても濾過されたガスの全てが、前記入口通路に隣接する出口通路内に至るように相互に配置され、
前記起伏が、正弦曲線形状の断面を有し;前記起伏の非対称の比率が15%未満、好ましくは12%未満、かつ/または5%よりも大きく、好ましくは6%よりも大きく、
前記起伏が周期的であり、前記起伏の半周期が前記流路の1つの幅にわたって延び、
前記入口流路と出口流路が、前記ユニットの水平列または垂直列に交互に配設され、そのようにしてユニットの正面または背面に格子状構造を形成する。
初期水頭損失<50mbar。
清潔な濾過器でt/100≧300。
清潔な濾過器でt/150≧500。
目詰まりした濾過器でt/150≧200。
新しい濾過体では、濾過面積が大きい程、時間とともに水頭損失がよりゆっくりと増加する。言い換えると、濾過面積が増加する程、負荷勾配は縮小する。しかし、例15と参考例を比較して示すように、濾過面積だけが判定基準ではない。この比較は、本発明によると、高い比率rほど、濾過器が目詰まりした時、より小さな濾過面積を補償する利点を有するということである。
1.15以上、好ましくは1.35より大きく、4より小さい、好ましくは3未満の比率rと、
濾過ユニットのリットル当たり0.825m2に少なくとも等しい、好ましくは濾過ユニットのリットル当たり0.92m2以上の濾過面積とを有することと考えられる。
Claims (14)
- 内燃焼エンジンの排出ガスに含まれる粒子を濾過する濾過ユニットにおいて、側壁を通って流体連通する隣接し合う入口通路(10、11)と出口通路(12、13)の交互配置されたセットを備え、入口通路(10、11)と出口通路(12、13)との間に中間壁(15)を形成し、前記出口通路(12、13)の全体容積を犠牲にして、前記入口通路(10、11)の全体容積を増加するように形成された起伏を断面に有する1セットの側壁部分(161から168)を含み、前記入口通路(10、11)の全体容積(Ve)が、前記出口通路(12、13)の全体容積(Vs)よりも大きい濾過ユニットであって;
前記出口通路(12、13)の水力直径が、0.9から1.4mmであり、
前記入口通路(10、11)の全体容積(Ve)の、前記出口通路(12、13)の全体容積(Vs)に対する比率が、1.15から4であり、
濾過面積が、前記濾過ユニットのリットル当たり0.825m2から1.4m2であり、
前記起伏の非対称の比率が20%未満であることと
を特徴とする濾過ユニット。 - 前記出口通路(12、13)の水力直径が、0.95mmよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記比率rが1.35よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記比率rが3未満であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 濾過面積が、前記濾過ユニットのリットル当たり0.92m2よりも大きいことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記出口通路(12、13)が、前記濾過ユニットの長さ(L)全体にわたって一定面積の断面を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記入口通路(10、11)と出口通路(12、13)が真っ直ぐで並行であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記入口通路(10、11)と出口通路(12、13)が、いずれの入口通路(10、11)によっても濾過されたガスの全てが、前記入口通路(10、11)に隣接する出口通路(12、13)内に至るように相互に対して配置されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記起伏の非対称の比率が、15%未満であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記起伏の非対称の比率が、12%未満であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記起伏の非対称の比率が、5%未満であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記起伏が周期的であり、前記起伏の半周期が、前記流路(10、11、12、13)の1つの幅にわたって延びることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記起伏が正弦曲線状の断面を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 前記請求項のいずれか一項によるユニットを少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする粒子濾過器として意図された濾過体。
