Claims (12)
- GM、Solvay、又はGMタイプのパルスチューブ冷凍機におけるバルブ組立体であって、
少なくとも1つのバルブディスクと、少なくとも1つのバルブシートと、バルブディスクのフェース及びバルブシートのフェースの一方がフェースに接触する少なくとも1つのスラストベアリングと、を含むバルブ組立体。 - 前記スラストベアリングが、前記バルブシートに取り付けられ、バルブディスクのフェースが、前記スラストベアリングのフェースに接触する、請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記スラストベアリングが、前記バルブディスクに取り付けられ、バルブシートのフェースが、前記スラストベアリングのフェースに接触する、請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記スラストベアリングが、固定具により固定される、請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- GM,Solvay、又はGMタイプのパルスチューブ冷凍機におけるバルブ組立体であって、
GM,Solvay、又はGMタイプのパルスチューブ冷凍機におけるバルブ組立体であって、
少なくとも1つのバルブディスクと、少なくとも1つのバルブシートと、バルブディスクのフェース及びバルブシートのフェースが初期的に互いに接触し合う少なくとも1つのスラストベアリングと、を含むバルブ組立体。 - 前記スラストベアリングが、前記バルブシートに取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記スラストベアリングが、前記バルブディスクに取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のバルブ組立体。
- バルブディスク及びバルブシートの少なくとも一方が、前記スラストベアリングのフェースに接触し、前記スラストベアリングが、固定具により固定される、請求項5に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 低トルク及び低摩耗ロータリバルブユニットであって、
バルブディスクと、
バルブシートと、
スラストベアリングとを含み、
前記スラストベアリングが、前記バルブシートに対して回転するバルブディスクを、それらの間のギャップが軽い接触から非常に小さいギャップへと変化する態様で、支持する、バルブユニット。 - 前記バルブディスクのフェース及び前記バルブシートのフェースが、25μm未満の距離だけ互いに離間されている、請求項9に記載のバルブユニット。
- 低トルク及び低摩耗ロータリバルブユニットであって、
バルブディスクと、
バルブシートと、
スラストベアリングとを含み、
前記バルブシートのフェースに典型的にかかる力が、前記スラストベアリングのフェースに伝達される、バルブユニット。 - バルブディスクとバルブシート間の摩擦力を低減することによりマルチポート型のロータリディスクバルブを回転させるのに必要なトルクを低減する方法であって、
前記回転するバルブディスクを支持するスラストベアリングを間挿することを含む、方法。
