Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、極低温冷却機用の回転弁(1)、特にパルス管冷却機またはギフォード−マクマホン冷却機用の回転弁(1)であって、モータによって回転軸(DA)を中心に回転させることができる回転体(6)と、制御板(5)と、制御板(5)に沿って回転体(6)が転がることを可能にする軸転がり軸受とを備える回転弁(1)において、この軸ころ軸受が、半径方向(RR)にセンタリングしない軸受として設計されている(19a〜19c)ことを特徴とする。

Description
− モータによって回転軸を中心に回転させることができる回転体と、
− 制御板と、
− 前記制御板に沿って前記回転体が転がることを可能にする軸転がり軸受と
を備える回転弁に関する。
本発明の回転弁の好ましい一実施形態では、軸転がり軸受が円筒ころ軸受として設計される。(円)筒ころは、大きな荷重を支持するのに適しており、長期間応力が加えられた後であっても軸受面は平らであり続けるので、耐摩耗性の低い材料から軸受面ができているときであっても、使用中は軸受の非センタリング特性が維持される。円筒ころはさらに比較的に平らな設計を可能にする。この実施形態では通常、円筒の軸が軸受面と平行であり、回転体の回転軸の方を向いている。言い換えると、円筒軸は、回転体の回転軸に対して(ほぼ)垂直である。
Claims (7)
- 極低温冷却機用の回転弁(1)、特にパルス管冷却機またはギフォード−マクマホン冷却機用の回転弁(1)であって、
モータによって回転軸(DA)を中心に回転させることができる回転体(6)と、
制御板(5)と、
前記制御板(5)に沿って前記回転体(6)が転がることを可能にする軸転がり軸受と
を備える回転弁(1)において、
前記軸転がり軸受が、半径方向(RR)にセンタリングしない軸受(19a、19c)として設計されている
ことを特徴とする回転弁(1)。 - 前記軸転がり軸受が、円筒ころ軸受(19b、19c)として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転弁(1)。
- 前記円筒ころ軸受(19b、19c)が針軸受(19c)として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転弁(1)。
- 前記制御板(5)内の作動ガス用の凹部(15a、17)の全体が、前記回転体(6)内の作動ガス用の連通凹部(16、18)内において半径方向(RR)に広がっているか、またはその逆であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回転弁(1)。
- ばね(4)によって前記回転体(6)が前記制御板(5)に押し付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転弁(1)。
- 前記回転体(6)が、プラスチック材料から特に射出成形によって製作されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の回転弁(1)。
- 前記軸転がり軸受の前記制御板(5)上および前記回転体(6)上の軸受面(20a、21a)が、前記制御板(5)と前記回転体(6)の間の1つまたは複数の密閉面(5a、6a)から離れていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の回転弁(1)。
