Claims (6)
- オーバーフロー通路(19)を介して互いに接続されている少なくとも2つの炉腔(1、2)を有し、前記炉腔内で燃焼物が上方の予熱ゾーン(8)、中央の燃焼ゾーン(18)および下方の冷却ゾーン(14)を通過する、塊状の燃焼物、特に石灰石を再生竪炉(3)内で燃焼させる方法であって、
燃焼空気が予熱ゾーン(84)の領域内で供給され、冷却空気が冷却ゾーン(14)の領域内で供給され、7.5メガジュール(MJ)/m3以下の低発熱量を有する燃焼ガスの供給が、バーナーランス(9、25)を介して炉腔(1、2)の1つへ周期的に交代するように行われるものにおいて、
燃焼ガスが、燃焼プロセスのプロセスガスとの熱交換において予熱される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 燃焼ガスが予熱ゾーン(8)内で、そこで予熱された燃焼空気によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼ガスは、予熱ゾーン(8)を通って延びるバーナーランス(9、25)を貫流する際に、その表面積が少なくともその上側において拡大して形成されていることにより、予熱されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 炉の外部に設けられている熱交換機(21)が一方で、炉の分岐箇所からくるプロセスガス導管(22)と接続され、他方でバーナーランス(9、25)へ通じる燃焼ガス導管(23)と接続されていることにより、燃焼ガスがプロセスガスの、炉(3)から分岐された部分との熱交換において予熱されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 燃焼ガスを予熱するためにプロセスガスの一部を分岐することが、炉のオーバーフロー通路(19)から行われることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 本方法が、その低い方の発熱量が5MJ/m3以下の燃焼ガスによって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
